Looks great, I was really tempted to get one. Thankfully I watched a review on UA-cam and read a few on Amazon that made me think twice after clicking check out. No peddle included, wtf!
So the first version of this bote has no pedal drive. So I took the fin off and installed a electric fin motor. But that motor cost me $400 now I’m mad you guys came out with this version
All in price is now 3700+ I would have paid $2300 if the price didn't skyrocket but no way am I paying almost 4 grand for a blow up boat with a pedal system.
As someone else stated, it's cool that the rudder pops up when unexpectedly hitting something in the water. However, the pedal drive itself is deeper than the rudder and I'm sure much more prone to impact. What happens to the pedal drive in the event of hitting bottom/structure accidentally? Do the three swivel locks just break, the drive pop up and you need to purchase new swivellocks? Or will the drive itself be potentially damaged?
Quite nice but how do you get that down to the beach ? I purchased the inflatable wheel set up but no place to attach it to on the bottom. The 2020 Lono is even difficult for my wife to help carry. Folding it up and getting it back into its roller bag is a chore even after watch in the how to video. I think I want to sell it and get the inflatable sup. A hole lot lighter.
Oyster beds can be a bother sometimes. Most of our aero boards and kayaks are designed with a triple layer design and if you have any questions about them always reach out and ask.
awesome but how does it handle with dropping fish onto the platform? Spines and hooks are my biggest fear with inflatables.
Should have started the video wit hit in the bag, take it all out, set it up, then put it back in the bag.

Um, it's clearly stated in the video that it's a separate add on purchase. Why comment like it's hidden or a surprise?

It would be cool to have an electric motor assist pedal drive
I'll be done fishing and halfway through cleaning my catch from my Hobie by the time you get done blowing that thing up. Haha
Doubtful..

👏Amazing
Great to see the rudder flips up if impacted, but what happens if you hit something with the drive in the down position?
True, but at least it's directly in front of you so you can manually raise it. The rudder, being out back, would be a real pain to get to immediately.
Don’t lock it in place. It’ll kick up if you hit sometime.

great question,deserves a response
Don’t lock in the rear of the pedal drive. It’ll kick up if you hit something. That’s what I do with my native pedal drive
Definitely getting one
This version whit a small outboard would be perfect.
Can you use a small outboard on this?
Will it take a fish spine poking

Hobie's fin drive is far superior.
Add an DC electric motor for the pedal drive. Sometimes ya need to beat the wind.
Pedal harder
Brasil 🇧🇷
the rod rack mounts dont lock in?
This boat would get destroyed in Texas saltwater oyster would RIP it up

Is this designed for diving off of ?
I don't see why you couldn't.
