0.1 lost on gorimondo by using crash late
0.1 lost on frosty by using crash late
0.5 lost on crawoline for not using crash
0.4 lost on tree for missing the 2nd hit in phase 1 and for overall slow movement
0.1 lost on edge by using crash late

without the hammer glitch this would be purely rng
Correct. Altho making a save file where u only ever pick up the hammer and crash and sword removes most rng. I accidently picked up ice and fire and cutter are given automatically but the rng has been mostly eliminated now

Hammer fly, hold b press a when land fly high go above screen jump down
Crash is just frame perfect timing no glitch

So look foy up a lot untill Kirby gets tired and. Then un inhale it then use the ground pound after that quickly jump alot

Why do you use the toy hammer, and why is it so strong?
Because it does more damage as all the damage is in one frame where as the masked hammer does multiple seperate hits making it slower, especially if the boss gains defense during the attack

@@mrcloudark787 no pausing doesnt have any affect outside of the pause menu that i am aware of. its just to go as soon as possible to shave of small time and avoid risking going early and losing the run at the very end

@@EZ_TWINS by doing it in the lobby it takes you above the screen and, i dont know why, but this glitches the items and changes them into something else. Eventually you get the item you want

Doesnt matter exactly where anywhere off screen reshuffles the itrms. Different angles will have an affect on the details tho

@@Bryden77 it only registers your time if you talk to the waddle dee. if that is the record it means the game is pretty dead. there is a glitch where you can get a time of 4-5seconds which doesnt save. if i talk to the waddle dee right now it will say "congrats you have the record with 4.16seconds using normal ability". as far as im aware this is still the fastest known time, you can see a video of me talking to waddle dee
i mean if you talk to the waddle dee that week. if i talked to the waddle dee right now id probably have this weeks fastest time

Ye i stopped played when they discovered two player strats. Every strat before (crash, 1 hit kills, major skips) was discovered by me and i spent hours optimizing the rng until people found out u could just manipulate it and my 1 in 900 grind was a waste of time. Then after every boss got a new strat cos of co op i didnt feel like re learning everything to stay on top. I was on top for the first month of the games release tho so im happy with that. It doesnt take much skill, just time and dedication. I dont have the time anymore
Personally i find the fact that after 9 hours of grinding rng i didnt choke (my 33.73 time) which was 5 seconds ahead of anyone else at the time is the most impressive record i had, given the context. Faster doesnt necessarily mean harder, sub 25 is easy now, takes about 10 tries if u learn the strats
@@vincenzofranchelli2201 ye, I think the optimization in the run is crazy, but using toy hammer to reset rng makes the actual video way longer. Also, in newer runs, they spam menu on Gorimondo. Also, I never really learned about toy hammer, so I used masked hammer
@@snowhk i havent watched anythinf after 27 seconds. I used to discover a new 1-2 second strat every day and i liked the idea of having the "perfect run" from 37 -> 27 everytime it was perfect. Then i found around 4 seconds of time save in 1 day and i never bothered to implement it all. Its essy to grind 1 new strat, when theres multiple u dont know what to risk and what not to risk. After being inactive for like a week suddenly it was 19 and everything had changed and i lost motivation to go all over again
