I have made Kefir with Heavy Whipping cream. Last night I chilled it but reserved a portion to make whipped cream.. I added berries, and lillie's white chocolate chips... BOY!! That is my JAM!!!! I am gonna have to keep a few cartons on rotation!
Also, do you add any prebiotic fiber like inulin like when you make the Super Gut yogurt (reuteri and gasseri)?
Does freezing yogurt made with the Yogurt Plus or L Reuteri bacteria kill the bacteria?
2 tbsp of yogurt culture to how much raw milk? 1 quart?
