Nottingham College Alumnus Alistair Coldbeck discusses his Hospitality education and career journey

Alistair Coldbeck, one of our alumnus who has successfully completed Levels 1 and 2 in the field of catering and has further honed his skills by achieving Level 3 in Hospitality Leadership, now holds a prestigious position at Sat Bains, a renowned establishment. On the 7th of February, he returned to inspire the current Level 2 students.
This was done through a talk, where he shared his experiences and insights. Following his engaging discussion, he participated in an evening session at the restaurant, working alongside the students. This hands-on experience not only offered him a chance to mentor the students but also allowed them to learn from a seasoned professional in a real-world setting.
