decades ago I removed the sump off a HJ60 to check the oil pick up screen. the sump had never been removed since new and in the pan was a nut that matched a big end bolt. none were missing so assume during assembly in Japan one was dropped in there and never removed
What would cause brand new denso injectors to have some knock at low rpm after being coded to the ecu. Prior to being coded when i ran it for the short periods of time it sounded perfect no noises!

Change the fuel filter if not done recently. Give the new injectors good clean diesel from day one.
So, are you saying that when we replace the Injectors, the old fuel filter will stop filter and fuel?
