How much stronger is replacing raid captain with kbw/cd for 5x3+2?

The choice is always between cursed doll or kbw, you should always run raid captain. CD is better with no crit syn and KBW is slightly better with a crit syn, but the do very similar dmg no matter what. its a .5-1% diff between the two. RC is always better because of feast / maelstrom / death trance/ yearning and then any move speed syn on top of that. RC is a few percent better than CD/KBW

How often are you surging under Maelstrom in a real raid scenario? Isnt it quite difficult and makes missing even one or two a fair bit worse than CD?

@@SaturnXDD At 70%, the damage buff from RC is about 13%~, does it stack that much better with other buffs that it flat out beats a 16% AP with no limitations? Thats kinda nuts

with 1 crit syn your KBW is automatically better but with CD its basically the exact same
