commonly if u were fixing charging issue and suddenly this temperature issue came from know here then please concentrate on thermostat ie 100 ohm resistor near charge control circuit which is nearby charging connector try 1 st removing the thermostat if not fixed fi back the thermostat and remove capacitor and check , make sure that u r testing it after completely cool down, other wise it will still show temperature error.
in case if water entry check other 2 thermostats ie 100ohm resistor as on video
