I agree that Missouri could win the SEC, they have impact players all over the roster/depth chart. SEC has 3/4 contenders that could win it all.
I agree. UGA, Texas, Bama ( I would add Ole Miss and Mizzou here). UGA certainly the favorite but all these teams certainly capable.
I wouldn't rule out LSU either especially if Baker gets the defense right. They're one of those schools that will always have the talent to.
One of the things people may not know is Mizzou 11:59 has a top tier coaching staff
one of the best player developing staffs in the country.
Robinson & Abrams-Draine are the only losses that are hard to replace.
I really like the DBS we have. Clarke, Norwood, & Pride are good.
We're great at Safety. Walker is an elite edge. K.Williams is elite at DT.
LB were really good.
Def is going to be solid.
Yeah Ennis raksestraw he was a nobody...😂
@@user-rq7ym1jr9z He played in parts of 10 games last year. He was hurt most of the season. He didn't play at all in the ARK, KY, or OSU games.
For the season he had 35 tackles, 1.5 TFLs. 0 sacks, 0 ints, 4 PDs. Yeah that won't be hard to replace.
@johnberger8817 yet he went before kad. Listen I like kad but stats don't mean ahit other wise the nfl wouldn't be full of heisman winners that went bust and other college stat padders that didn't do ahit.
You know why nobody threw at Ennis when he was healthy? Because he was the best db on the field, period
@@user-rq7ym1jr9z You're missing the point entirely.
I wasn't making a value judgement on who was a better player in terms of talent or will be a better NFL player.
I'm 100% correct in saying that KAD's production last year will be hard to replace & Raks will not, because Rak didn't produce much last year. He was hurt, missed 3 full games, & parts of over half the other games.
That's why we saw Clarke, & Norwood so much last year. It's why they'd slide Carnell, Carlies, Charleston, etc. out on the Boundary in coverage quite often.
Between Norwood, Clarke, Pride, McNeil, etc. we can easily replace Raks production LAST YEAR. KAD was the best CB I saw all last year, he was amazing, it won't be easy to fill those shoes.

Cook absolutely has an NFL arm, but that's not that important right now.
He's a winner, accurate, protects the football, can run with the best of him, he's a sub 4.5 guy.
He's really really good.
Totally agree. I was a doubter last year at this time. Believer this year.
@@rocboysfootballI was never a doubter. Last year was his 2nd season as a starter. His 1st yr was good, especially when you consider he had a torn labrum that he played with all year.
He needs to stay healthy this year. He needs to start sliding more instead of taking hits.
RB:
-Carroll 4 star trans 1300 yds last season.
-Nate Noel
-3 4 star guys in the room behind them
Cook is the key. We're there last year even if he takes that final drive against Georgia and scores rather than pick 6. Gotta be that guy this year. There's going to come games you need special plays it's his turn. Luther has been big. Mevis was big for wins. Cook needs to step it up a knotch for championship level ball.
TE's:
-Norfleet is absolutely an NFL guy. Huge, athletic, jumps over guys, great hands, fast.
-Stephen's is absolutely an SEC starter level guy, it's just that Tollison is so good.
Norfleet has grown on my this offseason (partly thanks to you always shouting him out). Really big catch radius
Went from 235 last fall to 257 lbs @ spring camp.
Hell of an Athlete, gonna run over Defenders this year
This OLine will be even better than last year.
Tollison could be All SEC this year.
Membou as well.
Cayden Green is a future NFL guy.
Marcus Bryant was all aac, he's NFL bound.
Reichart is easily a starter, he's just young & behind NFL guys. Triston Wilson as well.
Really good OL. I think this is what really seperates Mizzou this year. One of the better teams along the line of scrimmage in the SEC.
Membou is my guy. I think he is very good.
Road Graders.
Missouri Offense gonna Roll in '24
Best WR core in the country:
-Burden 5 star best in the country. NFL bound.
-Wease 5 star Sr. Boundary. NFL bound.
-Cooper top 100 4 star Sr. He'd be WR1 on half the P4 teams. 4.45 guy. Borderline NFL guy.
-Johnson all SEC fr last year. Top YPC at 35. 4.4 guy. Great hands & ups.
-Mekhi Miller Jr. would be WR2 on half the P4 teams.
-Joshua Manning 4 star 6'3.5 Boundary. He's really good. Great spring.
-Solis & Blood are starter level. Blood had a great spring.
-Crutchfield 4 star top 100 Fr.
-Madison 4 star top 100 6'3.5" Boundary.
🤣

We'll be underdogs @A&M & @ALA.
We have a winning record @A&M even when we were mid.
The additions of Bryant and Green on the offensive line are huge. I think the line will open a lot of holes for whoever is playing at RB. Marcus Carroll is difficult to evaluate. He produced huge numbers at Georgia State, which was amazing when you saw how often his offensive line didn't create big holes for him. Nate Noel could easily be like Tyler Badie in this running scheme. I wouldn't discount Jamal Roberts and Tavorus Jones either.
Getting Wease back for another year at receiver is huge. Burden is likely a Day 1 pick, and I could easily see Wease being a Day 2 pick.
On defense, my biggest question mark is at linebacker. Newson looked really good at times down the stretch last season. Chuck Hicks is solid, but his athleticism is just not at an SEC level, so I'm hoping someone like Corey Flagg or Kahlil Jacobs is able to take that spot, especially when you need a linebacker in coverage.
My biggest question is the pass rush. Replacing a guy like Robinson will be tough, but they brought in some really intriguing names in the portal: Zion Young and Darris Smith. Plus Freshman Nwaneri. If those guys can breakout that would be huge.
@rocboysfootball Johnny Walker, Jr and Zion Young will have that end locked down
Walker and EDIT Redacted n put it to OSU in the Cotton, think they'll be fine there
@jmjones7897 green was at ou while we played in the cotton bowl. Please don't embarass us and do some research
@user-rq7ym1jr9z Yeah that should read Daylen Carnell.
Dunno. Maybe whiskey yesterday? Feel like crap rhis morning
Drink says we have 7 NFL O.linemen on this roster. MIZ
The boys!
Lot of people forget COOK Played injured most of 22& the end of last yr!! He comes back 100%??🤔😏😀 HES GONNA LIGHT UP THE SEC!!! AND THE AMOUNT OF WEAPONS/ OPTIONS WE HAVE??😏😀😂😂GOOD LUCK SEC!!😀😂😂
Idt we should want to go to the SEC TITLE GAME
if we lose that game we drop in the BCS polls which hurt the playoff changes due to the schedule being not so top heavy as far as UGA, TENN or KENTUCKY
I'm a UGA fan and they are my sleeper team in the SEC. They dont play UGA this year which is a break for them.. If their only loss is to Alabama they will be in the playoffs.
If we're 10-2, end up in the SEC CH & lose, we won't get into the playoffs.
I'd rather be 10-2 & not go into the ch game.
16-0 to 10-2 is the range.
MIZ
Easy Answer, NO, why you ask??? 1) They have never one the SEC, EVER 2) Georgia, Alabama, & LSU. Missouri got pushed down the pecking order with Texas & Oklahoma joining... If Florida St & Clemson join, Missouri will be in bottom third of the SEC annually...
It’s hard to one the sec
You smock crack
Trash talk, Trash take.
Well see what's what on the Field this November and December.
What are you talking about crack head? You named a bunch of schools that muzzou won't play. Then pecking order? Bitch this is sports games aren't played on paper nerd boi
🤣
This must be July filler content. They're not beating Georgia. The end.
I thought outside of Bama, Mizzou was the team that challenged Georgia the most. I think if things fall the right way they can be extremely dangerous.
That being said like I said to kick it off, hard to not have Georgia be the pick to win the SEC in the month of July
@@rocboysfootballMizzou was close to beating Georgia 2 yard in a row those games were more competitive the both national championship in 2023
The Sooners are coming to plant an updated flag in your back yard. The no deprh having cubs...BOOMER!!!
Ahahaha. Sooners going 6-6
