    Thank you for sharing! I want to know if i can reduce the gud by half. I want only mild sweetness. Will it affect the preservation? And if yes, can i top with oil to preserve?

      Gud Works As Preservative reducing its quantity will reduce shelf life you can add more chili powder if you want to reduce sweetness,
      More oil will ruin the taste & it's not advisable for health perpoae also

    Hello mam i prepared golkeri but after 7 days there is no raso n i kept in pre heated oven even though there is no raso taste is awesome so please what to do for raso will you please help me or will you give me some other suggestions i will be highly obliged

    Hi Mam.😊 This is a unique Mango Pickle recipe. Mouth watering all the way. Such clear explanation n demonstration step by step. Your recipe goes on my top list. I am overseas. I may not find coriandet kuria. Can i do it from coriander whole seeds in my mixi. That means i have to grind whole corriander seeds. Also can less jaggery be used instead of 1 kg jaggery. Or can it be replaced by sugger in this recipe. Please let me know. I will prepare it coz i can keep it for a longer period of time. Thanks.😊 have a nice day.
