What has been mentioned in review videos, is the stock suspension has been deliberately stiff due to low ground clearance of the bike. So how does the nitrox help ?
It helps to soften the stiffness to a great extent on the one hand and creates no problem for ground clearance under normal circumstances as seen in the video i have tried it with pillion ride as well having my weight 65 and my frnd's weight 90 kg.

No it wont work that way u need to cut that part on the chain cover which touches the nitrox cylinder

2850 plus 300 fitting charges
Just be extra careful on bad roads with deep potholes or big speedbumps. Hunter has a very low ground clearance of only 150 mm, which is pathetically lower than even a TVS Jupiter scooty (160mm) or Activa 6G (171mm). Even the much cheaper all purpose retro bike TVS Ronin has a much higher ground clearance of 181 mm. RE should have given Hunter a minimum GC of at least 175 mm.

How did you increase cushion on pillion seat?
I added extra later of cushion of 1 inch thickness

Not tried with luggage but as u can see with pillion its working fine. However if u put luggage then u have to step up the suspension 3-4 notch up.

Thats the stock seat with little foam added and new cover

I have added the cushion on the stock seat and changed the seat cover as well.

You could have just adjusted suspension to the next button instead of spending the amount for new suspension

You could've adjusted the stock suspension as well before changing it whole
Since the stock suspension comes with lowest default step there is no room for adjusment. Further increase of steps wil only hardened the suspension instead. But after changing to this nitrox my life really changed. The back pain while riding hunter has gone totally.

I rode it at 110 and nothing happened.....so no it wont affect ur high speed stability. Dont forget that this suspension is of classic 350.

Yes there is one exactly of same size and shape but its not availble in open market. Jawa 42 suspension they are exaclty of same shape and size completely identical.

Yes its totally resolved i just cut the nitrox cylinder area of the chain cover and it was good to go

Yes i added foam to make the seat more wider for both rider and pillion

@kristophoercollins1317 i have removed the backrest because it was ruining the look of the bike. And yes, the backrest is helpful for ladies or old ppl pillion riding with u, but since i have already widened the pillion seat, there is plenty of room for a pillion rider to move around. And i normally ride my scooter while with my mom or with my wife and child.

Thanks for this video, Can you tell me about your seat which seat is this? Or you are using some seat cover? I customized my hubter to Signature Touring Bench seat; do I need to do something else??
Since u have already paid 4500 for the bench seat i dont think u shud invest more unless u r having trouble. I have just added cushion on the stock seat and broadened the pillion rider seat for extra comfort.

@@aatmaDipoBhava i really dont knw whether they will void the warranty for changing my suspension but if warranty is of concern then u shud ask the RE customer care abt the conditions at which warranty is void before doing any modification. Talking abt suspension its available in RE store. U can buy it for 2850 snd get it installed from any good mechanic for 300-500 as fitting charges.

Yes the suspension comfort is good but there is another better option…classic 350 reborn suspension has direct fit without the need of bush replacement and chain cover cut. U can try that too

@@anandpawar3 there is video of bigbearbangalore in which he used the reborn suspension and gave a clear verdict that without cutting and slashing u can directly fit the suspension unlike classic 350 but no one has used both the suspension for the sake of comparison. Just like me u must also take risk and try anyone of them.
