Updating ourselves to meet the standards of global context but our policy makers are making it useless. Even they do not discuss regarding these matters in national level as you both mentioned. Sorry to say that our concerned minister shows interest to invest on Indian actor such as SALMAN KHAN rather than to support our YOUTH.They have no any mechanism to address the Youth potential because of sorry to say, OUTDATED POLICYMAKERS are main obstacle of our County Nepal !!
