    Nice controlled strength, these are difficult to do. I like to pause in the hold on these and it can be very tough to stay in form.

    What muscles are you hitting, deltoids?

      Front raises primarily target the anterior deltoids, but also work several supporting muscles including the lateral deltoid, biceps, trapezius, and pectoralis major.
