Wow that was real humdinger. Nice job by everyone to get everything fixed. I always think you learn most about a system when something breaks and you have to fix it. Good job you all had your rubber boots on to deal with that mess. Noticed that none of you have Dunlops though, which would have been perfect for that job. Would be good to see the boots you guys have in more detail in your next video too, with your work pants over top, that's how i wear mine. Keep up the great work!

The brass cups and the peloton wheel would probably cost the crap load to make today, but that thing is really cool. I definitely want to make something like that

There are a few sources for micro hydro turbines on the internet but they are quite a bit smaller than this one. The thing in our setup that seems the most pricey today is the pipe and laying km of pipe 7 feet deep.

It sure is! Has the 3 range transmission. super low for towing heavy things or hill climbing. There is a separate video on finding it ua-cam.com/video/PN9BaQA1ZmA/v-deo.html reminds me I have a follow up video for that quad to edit at some point.

Not a welder here... But in my experiences around a lot of welders.. If your cracked joint is cast, preheating of that joint would be a Must🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s just steel, not my ideal material for a wet location, but it has lasted a long time, and was probably a good choice at the time of build.
