I have no doubt in my mind that they also moved to Tennessee because of its location and weather. Tennesee borders 8 states, giving you more options when looking for revivals. The fact that it is more southern allows Derek to do revivals year-round and you see a lot more solid cars in the surrounding states as they don't have harsh winters with as much road salt. He really picked the perfect state for his channel and I am sure he knew that
I’m struggling to understand the point of this video. Other than baiting all the VGG fans like me into watching to make sure you weren’t trash talking one of the most honest and capable men in the country and piling up the resulting views. Derrick and his beautiful wife Jessica are fantastic people and the kids are doing great, Little Grip has quite a few videos and are hilarious to watch. And his farming videos do well but having grown up on the farm it kinda a been there done that for me. They deserve everything they have and more, there are thousands of us out here that have never met him but respect him and the family

It was a big factor. He said that way he could make content all year long, instead of 7-8 months a year.
Not to mention, we have lots of rural land in counties with no restrictions where a guy's allowed to park 200 cars.
