It was a dumb mistake for sure. One I don’t think I would have made if I were her and had her level of access to successful men but hey, you live and you learn.
People stay trying to dog out Russell Wilson. He seems like a solid man; one with integrity, a more than solid work ethic, treats his wife and children like he's supposed to and chose a woman who already had a child and treats that child as his own son too. The problem is that he holds a standard that most men either cannot or choose to not meet, and they think that they deserve women on the level that Ciara is on. When one man raises the bar, it makes the weaker ones fearful, so they have to try and bring him down.
The irony is the guys that condemn Ciara on going from Future to Russell didn’t get it right the first time themselves. Or the second, or the third, or most like the fourth. How many thots did they screw and kiss before finding a real woman? If they’ve found their forever partner, they were obviously dating people that they weren’t compatible with either. But they learned and grew. So why can’t women do the same thing? And if Russell being a square means that his life is happy, peaceful, and flourishing then they need to get on his “square” level instead of acting like a guy that isn’t even an active father to all of his 200 kids is admirable just because he has physical “swag”.

My daughter, when she was a TEENAGER, said she wanted the "bad boy" type. But when she became an adult, she put away such childish ideas.
