Sian Williams previously co presented BBC Breakfast with Bill Turnball before she left in March 2012 when the show moved from London to Manchester, and 4 years later, in January 2016 she left the BBC for Channel 5 to present 5 News at 5 replacing Emma Crosby presenting alongside Matt Barbet and later Claudia Liza Vanderpuije until March 2022 and she was replaced on 5 News at 5 by Dan Walker also from BBC Breakfast
