Hey meghna. One query- My biggest blocker currently is that most of the achievable plans did not' manifest in the year 2021. And as Dec is ending it's burdening my thoughts a lot. Do you have any suggestions. Cus my mind just doesn't listen to me but somehow it clicks when u explain.... Hope this makes sense 😃

I realised recently that I was cramming my day with a ton of to-dos and then getting discouraged when I couldn't achieve even half of them. So I started breaking my to-dos into a few things a day and spreading the rest based on priority over the week. It's helped so much!!
