David Smith each truck pays I think 100 dollars to participate in the convoy. Perdue is a big company here on Delmarva that always turns up big for convoys.

I've also noticed something correct me if I'm wrong the cars that get mixed in with the convoys some of them are honking along with the Convoy and I say hey why not I've also seen some convoys that have news Vans with the truckers anyway thanks for the great video
They have as many roads blocked off as possible to keep people out of the convoy because it is a paid thing. Plus the route goes throughout Delaware so they try to keep the trucks together as much as possible. The cars are just impatient people.
I have uploaded 2017's and more than likely will do 2018's as well. As far as the Purdue tankers, I'm not 100% certain but a quick online search and I'm guessing it for soybean oil and other type of oils for Perdue Refined Oils.
