    LECHON PAKSIW WITH SPRITE AND MANG TOMAS (LECHON PAKSIW ALA MOMMY LEI)
    INGREDIENTS
    -Leftover Lechon (1 kilo)
    -Mang Tomas (550 grams)
    -Sprite (500ml)
    -Cane Vinegar (1/2 cup)
    -Garlic (5 cloves)
    -Onion (1 piece, medium size)
    -Bay leaf (4-5 leaves)
    -Whole Pepper corns (2 teaspoons)
    -Pork cube (1 piece)
    -Salt (adjust according to taste)
    -Oil (3 tablespoons)
    -Water (2 cups)
    *Sugar (1tablespoon or adjust according to your taste preference)

    Sarap naman ng pa letchon mu Jan sis Lei. Sarap ng sauce sis Lei Ilagay sa Kanin at mag kamay.

    May asukal na c mang tamy, may asukal rin c sir sprite paano na c diababy?

      You can omit Sprite po if you want, mas okay po kapag yung prefer ninyo na lasa, mas ma-aadjust niyo po yung sugar content.

    Panu po pag wlang lechon pwede ba ung fresh ung gamitin?

      Hi Michelle, hindi ko pa nasubukan gawin itong recipe na ito with fresh pork meat instead of Lechon, kung magluluto ka using fresh meat let me know kung anong naging outcome. I'm looking forward for your reply. Thanks and God bless you always.

      Kung walang lechon iprito mo na lng ang pork,tsaka mo ipaksiw na litson,pwede yan.
