4 lbs. leftover Lechon
3 tbs cooking oil
3 cups Lechon sauce
3 cups water
5 cloves garlic crushed
1 large onions chopped
1 teaspoon ground peppercorn
5 pieces dried bay leaves
2 tbs soy sauce
2/3 cups vinegar
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tbs salt
