That is a beast! Looks like all you guys that were involved put it all back together right. It looks great all you guys should be proud what a big job it was to get it all like new again. Great video John I appreciate you showing the hole journey of tearing it down and putting it all back together and bringing it up to date and final phase on how it works and how it looks. Be safe as you say keep on rolling!
What a project this has been...So cool to finally see her chewing up wood!👍 If the feed wheel teeth hold up well...Would definitely be worth the work to upgrade the other chippers with em!
I worked around a 2355 with a 3412 cranked up to 1250 horse was practically unbearable at full throttle. However when she was run right she could load 23 possum bellys a day.
I wonder when you're going to do complete rebuild of the other chipper that is down or just fix what's broken? Because if my memory is correct you have 2 of these 1 for each crew and a back up now.
He mentioned rebuilding an old one that isnt used, and also suggested they may overhaul one of the working ones. Really depends on Mike thinks will help the company. And he da boss.
I try not to comment so much anymore some people don’t mind it but some people don’t like it when I comment so much. I’m sorry if I make people upset when I comment to much.

Wow, that's a major piece of work getting that rebuilt... I watched from the beginning... great job!
You guys did a nice job on the rebuild, I would run a straight pipe out of the exhaust, our 23 whole tree chipper runs even better and less heat.
Awesome good to see all of your hard work paying off.
Finally got it to work good job all mechanics that worked on this machine.
Looks like the crew have done an awesome job, as she is eating lots of wood well done John and Crew.

i like it. great job.. time to put the other chipper in the shop for a few renews.. not as serious as the 2355..
John, the trees might it go in the throat of the chipper, but if the clam went in there it wouldn't look pretty anymore!!! 😄 😄

New machine looks good
Entire forestry industry is shutdown in PA. I work for morbark and we just got sent home last week. Don’t know when We will be allowed back.
Is there a decent biomass market in pa? Or do you do clean chips like these guys?
Forestry is considered essential in Vermont
Nice chipper definetly has some power looks nice
Runs very smooth 👍👍
Awesome mechanical work at the shop. That thing has two speeds beast mode and super beast mode
So much for it being clean.
Can the muffler be turned in another direction? Beautiful machine! Was there an oil pressure gauge in the instruments, explain them sometime, thanks.
Looks good 👍 doesn't look like junk
Is that the same chipper Sergei drakchev hauled down from Canada,That was a real trip he made if that is the machine
You'll have to take us inside the cab sometime and let us see and hear the inside!
Awesome just awesome
You guys did an awesome job rebuilding the flail! What is the air compressor used for? Maintenance?
changing knives and flail chains, also blowing off the machine.
At 5:52 how come you don't have that little black motor running????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
This might be a stupid comment. Would double layer glass reduce noise in operators cab?
I bet that thing literally shakes itself to pieces.
Hey brother I’m glad to see it finally getting to chip some wood
Nice video, thanks for doing it
How long does it to grease the new old machine in the mornings now.
Nice job 👍
Now all you have to do is pay for the rebuild ;) Although if keeps running that smooth, may not take long.
What’s a chip truck like that loaded down worth?
3:41...Is that driveshaft rubbing on those hoses? Just might be something to look at tie back.
hi john an wife an kids from Danville pa
How long does it take to fill up a truck with that thing
By looking at the engine, I would say it's a Detroit, but what engine is it?
SWEET MACHINE

How come it don’t grind the Branches to
Cost of this rebuild versus buying a new one?
Awesome
How does your guy like it compared to the other one?
I watched the whole rebuild on that beast
that many holeses and no leaks , did any thing run backward
Lots of waste with the flails, we run whole tree, alot less moving peices
👍👍👍👍
Oh yeah no slowing her down for sure now
I seen it when youns 1st got it
