Did defend my title from last year in this local competition. Gothenburg, Sweden, 2 June 2024.

Well done Dan. I had my first M60 discus competition of the year tonight and threw 32.71m. I was second in the M60 class behind my good friend Stuart Ryan who threw 48.64m to lead the British M60 rankings.

32.71 is good and likely better than I would throw today if I tried, but better not try due to my shoulder.
