In today’s episode….it’s day 3 at RSS. As the week goes on, the trails get more tech & a bit harder. This day was the most challenging for me because it was so physically demanding on all the cobbles & trying not to die off the mountain.

Hope at least some of that was fun? You looked fast when the trails opened up but all those loose, rutted switchbacks look killer. I bet Harry was wishing he'd borrowed a single crown.

I did actually wear some on some days. But this day was really hot and I left them in the uplift. I do recommend them…but it’s personal preference I guess! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I’ve ridden in the Southern Spain a few times. Literally everything is abrasive. Watching someone riding with bare arms and shoulders is giving me anxiety. One off and she’d look like she’d been thrown in a cement mixer with a bucket of broken glass.
Wait .. in Spain and zero urban… ugh
We went through towns. But this was about trails not urban riding. I’m sure there is loads of videos on UA-cam 🙌🏻
