Tracy, the sleep deprivation in peri-menopause is so real…. I made very bad decisions during this time in-my-life due to my limited mental capacity due to being so sleep deprived. I am glad you are seeking help for this situation.
Ice scoop on my list, thanks for the reminder!! I personally am past menopause with really no concerns, but sorry to say our bodies still remind us that things aren’t like they use to be! 😮. Glad you are following up with your Dr. and will be able to resolve some medical issues to start feeling better! Always great videos Tracy!

Hi Tracy ! You are stunning. My fiancé and I are getting married next year Could you please do a video on successful marriage tips. For example, tips on maintaining the house when you both work full time or how dinner/responsibilities could be done when you were early in marriage years.
Tracy I am so glad that gave an update aas te on your heath issues.Uou have been in my thoughts since you shared your story on Instagram .I will continue to ke er p you in my prayers.God Bless.
I LOVE this video and I too enjoyed your faux pas video a few times. I always learn so much from you Tracy. Excited to check out the book recommendation. Just in 8 weeks I have already seen so much progress in being more productive with my new Sunday planning. At first I honestly dreaded it cuz it took forever, but now it is getting easier and I look forward to it.
Take care of yourself, rest, relax and enjoy the leaves of Autumn. Menopause is definitely a journey but can be dealt with through meditation, the right supplements, yoga and acceptance with the right spirit. Hang in there, Diva T.
I hope you get to feeling better. I too felt miserable for years. They even did a partial hysterectomy thinking that I had something going on there. Nothing seemed to work. I ended up going to a functional nutritionist. She has worked on resetting my gut and taken many more blood tests than what my regular doc had done. I’m on great enzymes and vitamins (yes I too took daily’s for years) that are tailored to my needs. This is the first time in over a decade that I have no pain in my body.
Your granddaughter is adorable. I've started to do a vitamin schedule for myself, one of which I've been taking is Evening Primrose, don't know if this helps anyone with menopause but it's supposed to be good for female issues such as menopause, PMS, and skin issues related to PMS such as acne. My daughter has been using it and her acne has cleared up when she takes the Evening Primrose. It seems to help me a bit. I noticed my own skin has cleared up in certain areas.
Anything by Laura V. Is a winner! All her time management books are awesome and I think she just released a new book that you may enjoy. This book you featured is one of her older books.
I apologize I am verbal texting I’m a nurse driving home from work fatigue so I’m very interested in solutions for not feeling well after menopause I’m excited that you mentioned it so let’s get something worked out🎉
I pray that God will give you answers, so you can feel better again. I believe He will see you through this, and that you’ll be able to help other women once you discover how to fix it. 🙏❤️
Tracy my MIL gave my teenage daughter a cash gift and expected an immediate thank you. My daughter was at work and sent her a message when she became available but not before my MIL told me she expected it. She complains about gifts her other grandkids give her I feel she has an agenda how would you handle this? Thank you!!
Hi Gina. Simply stay in your lane. Your MIL may have agenda or operate in a certain way, that is a contrast to you. Focus on yourself and your goals in life and place less emphasis on handling others.
Hi Tracy, regarding that friend who may just drop off a plant for me to babysit...are you saying you just wouldn't say anything to them out of respect or class kind of thing? Then won't the friend just think that they could keep doing it? Not sure if that's what you were saying ....I say good on you but not sure I could keep my mouth shut...
Hi Laura. Yes and no. If I absolutely know I cannot do something, I have no problem saying, "Unfortunately, I cannot take care of your .............. I have no experience in that area. I'm sure there is someone better suited." You have to be careful saying yes to something once and standing a chance to be asked again. For the plant - I was able to keep it alive the 3-4 months while my in-laws were gone to Florida. On their return, my MIL told me I could keep the plant if I wanted. I told her I appreciated the offer but declined to take it. At that time, I also said, I've done my turn. Next year you can ask one of the other daughters-in-law. We had a good laugh.
@@TracyHensel thanks Tracy, and for replying to me in your stories 😊😊😊 yes I see what you're saying. It's a fine line sometimes to not say no and also to just have boundaries also. Thank you! And...just love you! 💛🧡

Would like to speak to someone to discuss what session might be best for me. Can you please let me know the telephone No.
You can choose your package from he website.
Not sure what to choose. Prefer talking to someone first
Loved your last video. Sometimes I put my foot in my mouth and speak out too often about how I feel. 🫢
