Every civil rights violation is a criminal act in violation of our most sacred laws in the constitution. Every written warning, disciplinary action, termination, unfavorable ruling in a civil rights lawsuit and video recording are prima facie evidence that a criminal act occurred. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. Every criminal act (a civil right violation) by an agent of the state, must be met with mandatory jail sentencing. Those that are selected, trained -- and have sworn an oath to uphold the very laws that they violate MUST NOT GET A PASS. The foundation of our trust in government requires it.

Abolish qualified immunity for all government employees. They should carry personal liability insurance so taxpayers don’t pay for their crime. Teach the Constitution to all government employees. Monthly Constitution tests. Maturity and I.Q. tests. Citizen review boards instead of “we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing “. Criminal charges instead of resigning with pensions. Sentences for government employees should be double that of the average citizen. General Population while incarcerated.
I could get behind a lot of that. But monthly seems too often. I'd suggest closer to yearly, but make it random. That way they have to keep up on it. Definitely support citizen oversight and ending qualified immunity. So tired of us tax payers picking up the bill for their wrong doing, in the very few cases they are held accountable.
there is that Monell claim that works at the municipal level that eventually allows the plaintiff to seek recovery by avoiding qualified immunity....but I don't know how that works at all.....

Fascism comes in different shapes and sizes. You don’t have to exterminate Jews to be a fascist. Here’s a hypothetical; a man runs for president, loses in a landslide election, then gins up fear and doubt in the election to the point that his followers are moved to violence. Then he proposes locking up and killing his political opponents and never relinquishing power. This is fascism, and it’s not a hypothetical, the man is Donald Trump.
They probably don’t think any charges would hold up. They were trying to scare and intimidate him by arresting, strip searching, and then jailing him. That’s about all they could do. If he’d been hurt in any way, they would be in big trouble. At that point the mayor and police would have to eliminate him and his parents, and make it look like they moved away.

What part of the constitution makes it okay to curtail the freedom of speech to call an elected official a fascist?

He just proved his point that the major is a fascist. The moment the major told him not to call the police chief a fascist and was escorted out of the town meeting. It amazes me that many politicians and law enforcement officers specifically those that been on the job for years doesn't know or refuse to respect our American citizens constitution rights. It is really appalling!🤦♂️
@robertfouracre1280 what?
@robertfouracre1280 thanks for the word salad.
Robertfouracre
All that, but you never mention any LAW he broke!
Being impolite isn't against the law. Maybe you should let the present administration know how impolite he is, by calling Trump supporters "Domestic Terrorists", just for voting for Trump!
The Constitution has nothing to do with the murder of millions of Jews! In fact, they would have been protected from Hitler, if they lived in America. America cared so much, we caught and many died, to defeat Hitler!
@robertfouracre1280 So this American citizen, is expressing his constitutional rights of free speech regardless what "derogatory" word he'd used (which incidentally fascism is not a derogatory word) can't express his opinion and facts about a person(s) because his feelings are hurt. Fuck you! We American citizens, still have rights in this great country. 🇺🇲
I appreciate you, Noah. You’re a good man. It disturbs me greatly to see these public servants treat you with such distain and disrespect. I sincerely hope you were able to sue for compensation and are able to redress your government in a meaningful way, which hopefully will include those who abuse you to be relinquished of their power. These tyrants have no place in positions of authority.
Time for this Young Man to run for Mayor !! At 70 years old, I'd VOTE for him !
This happened to me in New Mexico. I did not get arrested but I was prosecuted. I wish the Institute for Justice had the resources to take on more of these cases. PLEASE MAKE A DONATION!
@robertfouracre1280 first Amendment right. You obviously don't understand what it means
If you tear out a man's tongue you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say.

We the People need to push to pass a law that weaponizing police to arrest a citizen who has exercised a Constitutional right is treason, and a mandatory 20 year prison sentence.
Read the Constitution. The penalty for treason is not jail.
Breech of a Constitutional right is not treason you effwit.
@@eugenepearson4467Read the Constitution and realise that there was no treason??

The DA who set the charges should be brought before a judge to explain his actions and if the judge is not happy with his explanation he should be fired on the spot and debarred.
What blows my mind are these idiotic prosecutors, being lawyers, actually thinks these types of charges are going to stick!
They know they won't stick. They're just doing it to mess up his life as much as possible.
Depriving someone of their liberty under color of law should be an automatic prison sentence.
They're being put in there by Soros....Obama's best friend.
@robertfouracre1280your single digit IQ is noted.
Thank you for what you do, Institute for Justice!
The whole concept of limited constitutional government is now lost on our politicians and many Americans because they have been so poorly educated about history and the origin and meaning of the Constitution.
So true!
IMO, your comment could not have been stated any better.
what's sad is all the feckless old citizens sit there and say nothing
Maybe they assume he's some ANTIFA nut or something because he's young and he called government officials fascists. That's a guess of course, who knows why? Maybe they are on the mayor's side or they fear the government.
Well ofc they do, they see that as right; a young upstart who is bein disorderly and namecallin is bein removed for bein disrespectful of their virgin ears
everyone of those citizens should have stood up and stepped up for him.
I am Spartacus!
Those citizens dont care, they support the fascist mayor; they see this guy as a young upstart kid bein disrespectful and bein punished for such; they dont care that he has rights

@robertfouracre1280 Youre def just a bot lol
It happened to me and now it's happening to my son. I'm a law-abiding citizen and so is he. We live in a small town in Iowa, and it seems we're now doomed to have all cops hate us for no reason. There is no justice in the USA.
Noah should run for mayor; he knows more about the law than the current one.
I like that idea!
Or District Attorney. He seems to know more about the law than they do as well.
@robertfouracre1280 wtf
The cope is strong among leftist swine.
I can’t believe prosecutors like that exist! Any idiot could tell it was a BS charge. A prosecutor with integrity would have refused to prosecute.
Absolutely unbelievable
So proud of Noah for speaking up. I hope he gets millions. This should be a MAJOR news story. This is what happens when fascists get into power.
...and take the money right out of the mayor and the police chiefs pockets and not the city or the counties pockets.

Fascism: a mass political movement that emphasizes extreme nationalism, militarism, and the supremacy of both the nation and the single, powerful leader over the individual citizen.
Opposition to Marxism
Opposition to parliamentary democracy
The belief that the party and the state should have a single leader with absolute power. Hitler was the Führer and Mussolini the Duce
Intolerance
Violence
Repression
Scapegoating (as in immigrants and DEMOCRATS)
Populism and anti-intellectualism -(the opposite of left wing populism)
Anti-urbanism
Acceptance of racism
Association with Christianity
Opposition to political and cultural liberalism
Ambitions for totalitarianism
Corporatism
Conservative economic programs
However the most disgusting thing is the use of lies, fear, greed, and evil to support, promote, and ensure the repression, defeat and ultimately genocide of anyone who gets in the way of the above goals. Hitler did not reveal his ultimate goals immediately. He worked on people like you with repetition, manipulation, promoting nationalism and normalizing evil.

That's the issue
They throw someone in jail
Because they don't care because they are not held responsible
Even if being sued it doesn't come out of their pockets
Just the taxpayers
We The people Need to Keep Our Elected Official Accountable.
Then we need to reform the immunity laws, the mayor will claim sovereign immunity, the police qualified immunity, and the prosecutor absolute immunity. Trying to strip all these individuals of that immunity is a very tall order, and that's the reason they felt comfortable so readily and publicly violating this man's rights.
When?
The mayor literally proved that he was a fascist by having they guy thrown in jail. Hopefully he gets a civil payout for that unlawful arrest and imprisonment.
