This is GREAT. Commonly Actuator manufacturer already stated the Volume of Air on each model of Actuator. I hope that you can give us the video that will continue this to calculate or to choose the correct SOV, Regulator, Booster, etc. Because when I design the Pneumatic Control System on SDV, I have to look on SOV, QEV or Booster cv to get the correct stroking time.
I have a question, let's say you did this calculation process for 10 actuators in your system and then you get, for the sake of the example, 2500 L/min. This is actually a very large number (2.5 m3/min). The next stage is actually how to "downsize" the required air demand. Would it be based on a simultaneous use factor, and also on a utilization factor? for example of 0.15 and 0.2, repectively, giving then 75 L/min. We also need to consider the air receiver, isn't it?

I have watched all the videos, and they are very well done. I am looking forward to the update of the video content!
please make video for air consumption in on-off valve & control valve
nice and excellent
Nice explanation, thanks a lot for the video. 👏👏. Please make a video for compressor selection.
Thank you for your kind words. I will refer to it when selecting a topic in the future.

视频很好,期待更新!🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for the knowledge, but I have a question.
How do you know how much time the cylinder will take? 8:30
It's usually stated on the data sheet of the acturator ;)
Hi
Would you circulate
Air consumption calculation to fill 1000liter to 100 psi through 50lpm compressor ( tank out let has 50liter tank)
In calculation why pressure has plus 0.1 and divide 0.1 please explain the conversation
how to calculate the tank consumsion
Thank you for your question. I'd like to suggest you to ask the tank air consumption to compressor maker.
try showing your face in your next video it will help audiance to interact properly and will also make you gain more subscriber and views
