You should try playing "Night in the Woods" if you haven't! It's takes place in a super cozy small town, and has the protagonist moving back home from university and exploring the spooky mystery of their home town as well as their own mental issues. It has a beautiful autumnal setting and is mostly focused on dialogue and exploration with some minigames. I can't recommend it enough and i am going to be re-playing it this fall for the 3rd time!
I just got Wytchwood about a week ago and am loving it! There is definitely a ton of crafting and fetch quests but the dark humor have me dying of laughter. It's a great side game to pick up!
I didn't know you had chronic fatigue too! I have ME/CFS which is commonly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It's so misunderstood and people think you're just sleepy when it's so much more 🥺 But it's always nice to find other cozy gamers who can relate 💜
YES I am a chronically ill gal, I have EDS so that goes hand in hand with chronic fatigue It's why some streams my brain fog is more noticeable than others ahah
I have fibromyalgia and can now only work 2 days a week.i got myself a nintendo and it keeps me occupied but sometimes I play that long my arms go dead😂
Ahhh I LOVED Wyldeflowers! It’s the only farming sim I’ve played where I’ve actually given a crap about the characters and relationships. It’s so heartwarming!
My 6yo has been playing Calico for almost a year now. She loves the game even if it has some bugs, I’ve helped her from time to time to complete quests and I love the cooking mechanics and the fact that you can mount and be followed by any of the cute animals the game has.
I’m surprised Graveyard Keeper isn’t on here. It has a big learning curve (the amount of googling I had to do is unreal) because the game doesn’t like to explain things very much, but once I got the hang of it, I grew to really, really enjoy it.
I seriously love your content. I love to watch it right as I get off work to destress before I move on to whatever I get up to for the night. I would love to see you do some let's play content on some of your favorite games. Also, hello from the US ❤️💕 thank you for making your videos
I love your videos 🤗 they help me so much to calm down and settle my brain when ever I'm having a bad day. Plus I've not filled my switch with awesome cozy games lol and you tell us the price in ££s which is awesome as I'm in the UK too. Xx keep up the great content xx
So sad to hear you are suffering from chronic fatigue😢... I've been suffering from long covid for 20 months now... it sucks not to have the energy you want to have! I really hope you will feel better and better when time passes. ❤ and also 💪👊 you got this! P.S. love your videos, they are actually really helping me currently, thank you! P.P.S. please can you tell us how to pronounce your name? Me and my younger sister (who also has long covid coincidentally...) have been talking about this a lot. Very curious to the right pronunciation. Regards from The Netherlands!💪❤
Beacon pines and Ooblets are so so good! Very different genres but I enjoyed them both. Currently playing let’s build a zoo for the first time and I’m hooked.
I'll add a few of them to my watch list for later. Thank you for recommending so many games 😊. I actually grabbed Wylde Flowers thanks to you a while back. And I love it so so much!
I played Wytchwood recently and COULD NOT put it down. I think I completely it in like three days. Absolutely loved the art style, the crafting mechanics, wasn’t too difficult.
somewhat of a short cozy ? mystery game i could really recommend the two detective grimoire games (the first is only available on steam and the second called tangle tower is also on the switch). they are such a blast!! it's basically a point and click who dunnit, the art style and character design is pretty unique, the gaming style and puzzles are fun, the little details for the observant eye, very telling! the lore also kinda fascinating! really hope there will be more games like this and also from that developer.
I would highly recommend Homestead Arcana, which I'm playing through on Microsoft Game Pass. You're a witch tasked with living on the edge of civilization where the miasma engulfing the world is right next to your homestead. Using your magic, you must grow your garden and use the plants you harvest and forage to brew potions and send items back to town. You also have a talking cat companion with a mysterious past. What's not to love?
Heyo, long time lurker first time commenter here! Just wanted to hop in to say I never knew you had chronic fatigue, I can totally empathize. I always recommend getting a sleep study to anyone who doesn't feel like they're getting good sleep, I didn't notice until my partner pointed out that I snore like a bear 😂 but I got a sleep study and found out I have sleep apnea. I started using a cpap machine a little over a year ago and I have WAY more energy now, it's seriously a game changer.
I would 1000% recommend Afterparty! It's by the same people who do Oxenfree! The only downside is that it's pretty short but the story is AMAZING and I really can't recommend it enough, it's like a modern capitalistic Hell and is really funny and well written. I have replayed it a couple of times and loved it as much as my first play through
I played the demo for Dredge and at first I didn’t think I would like it but now i’m considering buying it. I feel like it’s the perfect time to play it
Ooblets is my favorite game. I have a dumbirb tattoo. :O I love Calico so much ;-; The glitchiness of the game makes me smile. I loved the glitch where the npcs were walking through the sky. Pretty much any game i play end up glitching so i am not bothered by these. Even games that have very few glitches i will play these games and still glitch them. Since the first time i played portal and ended up with my head in the top of the elevator i have never played a game without glitches. 😅
I love Calico but last I played it was so buggy. Hopefully it has been fixed as it's such a cute and pretty game! The Ooblets Hallowe'en event looks super cute again this year! There's too many events each season in so many games gaahh lol I really need to get back into Wylde Flowers and continue the post game fun stuff!! Also need to try and get back into Dredge too. It's such a good game, just wish the days were a bit longer heh I got a bit frustrated with always damaging my ship trying to get home before dark LOL Absolutely love all the Monster Prom games, have them all on Steam Deck with some of the DLCs. Wanting to get on Switch on a good sale too lol
Thank you so much for the recommendations! "Cult of the Lamb" is another game that is perfect for Halloween - it's like Animal Crossing, but with a cult. They also have a Halloween ("Blood Moon") event right now!
What an amazing list of games!! These are literally all of my faves. The only one I haven't played is Cosmic Wheel of Sisterhood - SO excited to try this one out. Love your recomendations & taste in games! 🥰🎃
Calico Is so glitchy though that you end up stuck places and the cosmetic choices aren't exactly streamlined.. they show through places they shouldn't and leave other spots on your character bare.. I Love the premise of the cooking mechanic though it's so unique and cute.. I hope they updated it I would love to try it again. I love potion permit and can't wait to get everything unlocked its a lot of fun
I have been desperately waiting for spells and secrets to come out. I wish it was releasing before halloween. I think I am going to give Calico a shot in the meantime.
A cheap, good spooky game is INSIDE. I know it was pretty popular a few years ago but if you haven’t heard of it or had forgetter about it, let me be the one to remind you that it exists for VERY cheap on the eshop and is a really really good spooky game. I would suggest looking up a review or 2 to make sure the content is for you but avoid the comment sections as to avoid spoilers. Dredge and Graveyard Keeper are my TOP S tier spooky games. Those 2 games have the BEST game play loop and the anxiety build up from Dredge is done perfectly. Graveyard Keeper is incredibly involved and intense and so much fun. Plus you get to create zombies to run your farm for you! If that isn’t the ideal dream then idk what is! Lol Happy spooky season everyone!
I have weird insomnia issues, watched this whilst half asleep and woke up to some game purchase receipts 😭🤣 hey least ill have fun! I trust your reviews 😅
If you like beacon pines and the mechanic of words affecting the outcome i recommend a game called will a wonderful world. Theres a lot of different endings based on the order of words you put into letters!
Thimbleweed park anyone? Its a slightly spooky dective game that would fit nicely on this list, although I had to google the puzzles more than I would have liked...
Can you customize your char in Potion Permit? I got LM3 over a year ago and yeah it's a lot of fun. It was my first game in the Franchise. Fav area was the Garden area, least fav was the Pyramid (I don't like time limits in games). Fav boss was that Shark boss, least fav was the one in B2 because of the controls. Wylde Flowers is still on my list of games to get.
Sorry to ask do you have disney on switch? I have it on my ps4 but i feel like on the switch i just can lay down on my bed and play. And i wonder it's it buggy?
@@JaneMed27 I do have it on switch. I play on the first gen OLED edition. Sometimes on update days it can lag, but I haven’t had a ton of problems. I do wish we had the higher decoration limit though.
Very very important question. Which is better Paleo pines or the recent Story of seasons? I hang on your every word, I’ll go with whichever you think 😂

This game one of my favorites. And the minigame that comes with it - Lost constellation - is good to play afterwards while waiting for Christmas.
I might get it
@@JaneMed27 You won't be disappointed.
Definitely one of the ultimate Halloween/fall cozy games
Wait for the sale it’s about £3

Totally worth all the googling just to talk to the Donkey. He's fantastic!
hahahaaa Yes, I was googling so much with that game. But, it's sooooo much fun. It's crazy how much depth there is to that game.
Oh my god what an AWESOME game!

I have officially bought Ooblets three times now. Eshop, Epic and now Steam. That game is my weakness. I love it so much.
What Remains of Edith Finch would be my cozy/eerie pick!
Beacon pines and Ooblets are so so good! Very different genres but I enjoyed them both. Currently playing let’s build a zoo for the first time and I’m hooked.
I loved Potion Permit! Played it till I got the full 100%, was so much fun!
it's one of my favs, so I am so happy about the update!
After watching this I got Potion Permit and I was to get Wylde Flowers once I finish with it. Thank you !!
I'll add a few of them to my watch list for later. Thank you for recommending so many games 😊. I actually grabbed Wylde Flowers thanks to you a while back. And I love it so so much!
Darkwood, Little Nightmares and Yomawari are also great Halloween games, but on a darker, scary, side
I played Wytchwood recently and COULD NOT put it down. I think I completely it in like three days. Absolutely loved the art style, the crafting mechanics, wasn’t too difficult.

I had no idea you had chronic fatigue. My dad has had for about 4 years now, so I'll definitely recommend Aura to him

The only thing that sucks about Wylde Flowers is that you can’t romance Violet, and that is a CRIME
i feel this!
i literally just found your channel this morning and im obsessed with the vibes. instant subscribe!!

Strange horticulture is one my favorite games i’ve ever played in my life. I have not found a game that comes near to giving me what that game did.

Love love love Beacon Pines. I have it on Steam but am tempted to get it on the switch so my husband will play it.
Graveyard keeper for sure!!!
