People have a nature to complain about things yet if they don't have it or are in need they would jump at a opportunity to get hold of what they needed or to better their current situation, people will be picky and say i would never eat that yet if they were stranded with nothing for 5 days you would be amazed at what they would eat to survive, my point is this is a nice home regardless of what my preference would be or are and given the opportunity i would be proud to call it home and would make it a home filled with love peace and joy
I agree... with the price being that high, I would EXPECT a pool... especially seeing how much room is in the backyard. A missing pool should lower the price significantly.
Weird question, on the front porch as you’re going in, the number plaque on the ground which is either on the house or leaned up against the house since 24, not 239. Why?
It looks like a modern art gallery than a welcoming family home. And, knowing me, I'd be walking into all those glass balustrades, then have to clean off greasy hand prints every day. No thanks. I'd prefer smaller and cosier
Land along can worth about 2 million CAD, I hope it can sell. However, whoever designed the color scheme of this house done a lousy job, too many colors and cold with no transition. On top of this, staging is horrible, please hire someone with taste, and get matching furniture. You cannot put cheap stuff in a 5 million dollars home, add some soul to this place. I rarely see home staging done this bad, it subtract value from this house.
I'm sorry but I hate it especially the kitchen. I need something warm that feels like home... it seems to sterile and impersonal. But the architecture is great tho
God awful. Out of place in that area. Cold and sterile. I can not imagine feeling warm and snuggly in the middle of cold and snowy Canadian winter in that house
I love this house. It looks cool with a clear structure, like my personality.

It's interior is classy for 5 million and the location, its just great
2:56 nice B&O setup
This is more minimalist to me than contemporary... still stunning though!
Looks like a chemistry classroom
Lovely
I'd love a luxurious house like this but there's a point that some of them reach that feels more office-like than a home.

What is the name of this music? I have been looking for it everywhere!
Dr. Office, no blinds on all those windows....hot in summer

Looks like an office building. Too sterile. No home sense feel to it.
damn same thought
Took the words right out of my mouth
Grapes are sour
Gorgeous 😍😍❤️
It looks like my University's laboratory but just a little tidy.
no pool no deal
Who is going to clean all of those windows?
Lol
How do people earn that much money to buy houses like this. 🙁
Money laundering, cheating, and politics.
@@jsiszero ummm some people work hard to buy this houses
@J Blank okay correct but some people work hard to get the house they deserve
It's nice but far too many rooms than I can even imagine to fill
Still Sold?
not seeing 5mill but hey what do I know..could just be the area...
Looks like a store show room not really a house. Some people may dig the clean and minimal aesthetics, but I find it rather sparse.
Burrrrr !!

The music gave me a headache.
🤲🏿
It’s too cold and sterile, doesn’t feel warm and cozy. Looks more like a museum than a family lives there.

Seems too sterile it's beautiful though! But no!
