    This was so helpful and comforting at the same time! It made me feel much more confident and was exactly what I needed as I look for ways to make the back of my beginner project a bit less chaotic! Thank you for sharing.

    So would this work too for clothing? I’m wanting to be able to at least end without so many knots but I wanna make sure it can be washed without coming apart

    Loved this video very informative on starting and ending especially with the different versions, I watched 3 videos but they just explained techniques not really how to start or end.

    This is super super helpful. Target had a cheap embroidery kit today and I've been wanting to try it out. It sure isn't the best material but when I sat down to start I realized I had no idea what I was doing dispite being a crafter. 😅 sometimes I think I can just do everything.

    are there any starting and ending knots that are safe for a tshirt to go in the washing machine?

    • @jodiosmio
      @jodiosmio 4 роки тому +17

      Simon Legrand you can use an iron on fabric for the backside to protect better when washing

      @@jodiosmio i would just need to iron the back of the embroidery? For how long and how does this work?

    A bit late to this party. But do you have a video where you elaborate on the "away stitch"? Because I'm curious to see how you would continue working the embroidery with that stitch, and then how you end it off.

    With the away knot, if you put the knot on the front away from your pattern, how do you hide the knot later after you're done?
