The NCAA tournament organizers really tried to do DU dirty by putting them in the Northeast regional against UMass in the opening round. It was so gratifying to see the Pios taking out every team from Massachusetts.

Anytime I see BU or BC lose, it's a blessed day, can't stand them. More physicality in this game than my Sabres all year, they should watch this film!

Watched the game at Magnus Arena at DU. Intense defensive hockey game. DU goalie was a Rock Star. He Definitely won the game for the Pioneers.

I got to watch Matt play for the saints in net so I am proud of him.

As a Northeastern grad I had a great couple of days lol. First BU losing in OT (again) in the semifinal and then NFBC getting shut out in the final.

The blatant east coast biased in the polls was pathetically ridiculous and I knew it would come back to bite them. DU plays in a tougher conference and was seasoned to the task. I would say that DU is the best hockey program in the country. I’ll wait for the haters

BC choked, Gonna be interesting NHL offseason to see if Jay Pandolfo and Carle get job at the NHL level. If only NJ had a good GM he should see if those 2 are interested, cuz Pandolfo could help that soft Devils be like the old devils where they werent a one dimensional team like the team has been for most of Fitzy time as GM.

DU fan here, but I think BU is just as good. The semi-final with OT could have gone either way, and BU didn’t get a single call! Caron is also an amazing goalie, making some crazy saves in that game. Looking forward to a rematch next year.
