- Another sublimely evocative piece about light, with perfect use of glasses and tone chimes. It sends me back to the first time I saw them on Earth.
Composer: Ēriks Ešenvalds (1977- )
Tenor: Stephen Layton
Choir: The Choir of Trinity College Cambridge
This is insane. This is my first time seeing this piece. I'm in awe.
I am absolutely astounded by both this composition and this performance. I cannot fathom having the skills and creativity to make such an ethereal piece such as this, and I cannot fathom having the skills as a choir to perform this in such an immaculate manner. Kudos to everyone involved with this, it is wonderful and I praise God for its existence.
Thank you for the score video! I believe the tenor soloist is actually Jamie Roberts, while Stephen Layton is the conductor/director.
Thank ya! Databases for these sorts of things can be difficult sometimes.
