But Great Mazinkaiser actually exists, it is an upgrade for Great Mazinger that Tetsuya gets in the same manga where Mazinger Zero appears, it's more of an transformation where Great Mazinger combines with the Great Booster and gets an new form. Why they didn't just use Great Mazinkaiser instead of creating an new robot i have no idea, maybe it will be like every SRW game where the Great Booster is only an attack and Great Mazinger will only transform into Great Mazinkaiser for one or two attacks before being replaced by Mazin Emperor G?

Marco Perez V is pretty much shaping up to everything Z3.2 should have had. ZZ, Mazinger Zero replacing Mazinkaiser (which they even make reference to F Final with Kouji asking Ryouma if it would be possible for Shin Getter to piwer up Mazinger Z during Z3.1's epilogue.) Hopefully we will also be able to see Eva-02 Beast mode and use awakened Eva-01 outside of one fight. The possibility of a new version of Final Dynamic Special is also there.

Is there a source on that? Because if it's true, then this game would rival Z1 in terms of licensed OST variety. Would they even be able to use Daybreak's Bell considering only the movie is part of the series list?

Alien invasion is mentioned so that might be it. Will there be EOT from the aliens in them as well? That was a thing they did in Another Century's Episode games. 3 has full lyrical versions, but I believe 1 and 2 had the SRWized versions. But they went back and sold a full BGM version of 2 later for an increased price.
So found out for the first time ever the game series will have English subbing when it releases. From vids I saw from the recent sd gundam on console which have English sub too in combat when you see the fight scene and characters talk will that also be transalated or they only translate battle/stat/hud and such menus?
After watching some OGsMD playthroughs, i feel like Licensed SRW games (Z2 onwards, especially Z3 or this PV for example) animation feels less fluent and disjointed compared to OG games. You might not be able to distinguish it, but try to play it on 60 FPS and compare the animation fluidity between games. Heck even Alpha series (especially @2-3) feels more fluid and it's already 11 years since it was released. I only hope that this game stands in- HOLY FUCKING SHIT IS THAT THE ORIGINAL HUCKEBEIN AND GRUNGUST??!
Just like you stated, the non-OG SRW games have various licenses to work with, so they tend to end up with a more strict budget than they otherwise would. On top of that, if they want certain voice actors from other series to add new lines they don't already have in stock, they have to pay extra for it as well. Though the quality on both sides has gotten gradually better either way at least.
I hope they put Great Mazinkaiser in the game, in the same manga where Kouji gets Mazinger Zero there is also an new form for Great Mazinger where Great combines with the Great Booster getting an new more powerful form called Great Mazinkaiser. Unless they ignore Great Mazinkaiser entirely because of their new robot, of course, then again, SRW games have never made much use of the Great Booster using it only for an attack, so it's also entirely possible that Great Mazinger will only transform into Great Mazinkaiser in it's most powerful attack.
Eh, they aren't exactly following the Mazinger Zero manga per say. Its basically the Shin Mazinger anime with Mazinger Zero as an upgrade to Mazinger Z. The Mazin Emperor G is basically this game's version of Great Mazinkaiser as it performs the same function.

Yay! The Huckbein is back! Almost thought it would be forever replaced by the Exbein. To bad there are no Gespies though =( (as far as I know anyways).

Also, that female main character design is X-Omega, no doubt about it. Don't care much about the giant breasts, but at least she seems to be a pilot of her own as opposed to being just another sidekick in a male pilot-dominated mecha. For now, at least... Soji looks like a cross between Crowe and Miguel Rojas from Tekken, which is an interesting blend to say the least, haha. V has some big shoes to fill, so I won't say it's a winner right now and jinx it. But this PV has plenty to like, if anything...
Probably cause they got Sunrise IPs in the game, they were able to secure the rights to use the Huckebain's design. Basically OGs Hucks are fucked. But they can always write the Classic Hucks into Non-OGs games with Sunrise OPs.

Maybe in a sense it can work, because you can lump Bein designs with Gundam storylines and pretend that they were some sort of failed Gundam project and such... I could be very wrong about that theory, but hey, it's one way of looking at it.
Niku Driver HC One idea used since Classic (including Alpha) were that the Huckebains were a class of variant gundam units made by a different company. Think the Dom versus the Gouf in Gundam - they were made by rival technology companies but both made for mass production. But you can see the stark inspiration of the Zaku in each of them in their weaponry (more in the Gouf's frame resembling a Zaku though).
you what's more of a fanservice? if only Might Gaine & GaoGaiGar fighting alongside each other as both Yuusha series pilots have the same voice actor, that along with Shrio Amada & Viral if you want a complete set in mecha entirely.
Nehfarius Dagwon's kind of bad, though. It has the problem Might Gaine has in that it's an episodic show but most of its episode plots aren't that good, but where Might Gaine has the issue of its plots being dumb, Dagwon has the much more pressing issue of most of its episodes being BORING. Goldran has Captain Shark and great villains, that by itself puts it in the upper realm of Braves because most Brave villains are either bad, only show up at the ass end of the show, get annoyingly little screentime, or are stuck in Exkaiser.
Mattman324 I'll admit, I haven't really seen Dagwon's show much, but my fondness of it is primarily fueled by its mecha. It had some fairly neat mech-designs, although I'd say Might Gaine and J-Decker have it beat(I'd say the same about Fighbird, but that's mainly fuelled by my love of Guardion). I'll concede to Capt. Shark being awesome, though. Shark Submarine Pirate and everything. Hard to top THAT shit. :p

If Banpresto uses the Black Box system from the manga, then there are still more world-destroying attacks Mazinger Zero can use.
Red Bullet Mazinger Zero is an eldritch abomination in the manga, so it makes sense.

That was a thing they did in Another Century's Episode games. 3 has full lyrical versions, but I believe 1 and 2 had the SRWized versions. But they went back and sold a full BGM version of 2 later for an increased price.
So found out for the first time ever the game series will have English subbing when it releases. From vids I saw from the recent sd gundam on console which have English sub too in combat when you see the fight scene and characters talk will that also be transalated or they only translate battle/stat/hud and such menus?
After watching some OGsMD playthroughs, i feel like Licensed SRW games (Z2 onwards, especially Z3 or this PV for example) animation feels less fluent and disjointed compared to OG games. You might not be able to distinguish it, but try to play it on 60 FPS and compare the animation fluidity between games. Heck even Alpha series (especially @2-3) feels more fluid and it's already 11 years since it was released. I only hope that this game stands in-

Just like you stated, the non-OG SRW games have various licenses to work with, so they tend to end up with a more strict budget than they otherwise would. On top of that, if they want certain voice actors from other series to add new lines they don't already have in stock, they have to pay extra for it as well. Though the quality on both sides has gotten gradually better either way at least.
Aziz Abdul OGs and Z/V are done by different teams. plus OGs has more of a budget to play with because they don't have to deal with licensing fees.
You can't mention alpha when Genesic Gaogaigar looked better on the DS that alpha 3. That was sad.

I hope they put Great Mazinkaiser in the game, in the same manga where Kouji gets Mazinger Zero there is also an new form for Great Mazinger where Great combines with the Great Booster getting an new more powerful form called Great Mazinkaiser.
Unless they ignore Great Mazinkaiser entirely because of their new robot, of course, then again, SRW games have never made much use of the Great Booster using it only for an attack, so it's also entirely possible that Great Mazinger will only transform into Great Mazinkaiser in it's most powerful attack.
Eh, they aren't exactly following the Mazinger Zero manga per say. Its basically the Shin Mazinger anime with Mazinger Zero as an upgrade to Mazinger Z. The Mazin Emperor G is basically this game's version of Great Mazinkaiser as it performs the same function.

There are 2 versions of the game, the standard version and the premium version. The premium version will include 35 vocal songs from the various series themselves.

Also, that female main character design is X-Omega, no doubt about it. Don't care much about the giant breasts, but at least she seems to be a pilot of her own as opposed to being just another sidekick in a male pilot-dominated mecha. For now, at least... Soji looks like a cross between Crowe and Miguel Rojas from Tekken, which is an interesting blend to say the least, haha.
V has some big shoes to fill, so I won't say it's a winner right now and jinx it. But this PV has plenty to like, if anything...
Probably cause they got Sunrise IPs in the game, they were able to secure the rights to use the Huckebain's design. Basically OGs Hucks are fucked. But they can always write the Classic Hucks into Non-OGs games with Sunrise OPs.

I could be very wrong about that theory, but hey, it's one way of looking at it.
Niku Driver HC One idea used since Classic (including Alpha) were that the Huckebains were a class of variant gundam units made by a different company. Think the Dom versus the Gouf in Gundam - they were made by rival technology companies but both made for mass production. But you can see the stark inspiration of the Zaku in each of them in their weaponry (more in the Gouf's frame resembling a Zaku though).

you what's more of a fanservice? if only Might Gaine & GaoGaiGar fighting alongside each other as both Yuusha series pilots have the same voice actor, that along with Shrio Amada & Viral if you want a complete set in mecha entirely.
Honestly, with Might Gaine showing up(took him long enough!), I'd say odds are looking up for other Brave Series mecha to get into SRW down the line.
Now if only we could get the good Braves... I'd pay for Da Garn, Goldran, and J-Decker in SRW.

Goldran? I'd honestly say Dagwon might be a better choice, but I say that largely because I dislike Goldran's show.
Nehfarius Dagwon's kind of bad, though. It has the problem Might Gaine has in that it's an episodic show but most of its episode plots aren't that good, but where Might Gaine has the issue of its plots being dumb, Dagwon has the much more pressing issue of most of its episodes being BORING.
Goldran has Captain Shark and great villains, that by itself puts it in the upper realm of Braves because most Brave villains are either bad, only show up at the ass end of the show, get annoyingly little screentime, or are stuck in Exkaiser.

I'll admit, I haven't really seen Dagwon's show much, but my fondness of it is primarily fueled by its mecha. It had some fairly neat mech-designs, although I'd say Might Gaine and J-Decker have it beat(I'd say the same about Fighbird, but that's mainly fuelled by my love of Guardion).
I'll concede to Capt. Shark being awesome, though. Shark Submarine Pirate and everything. Hard to top THAT shit. :p
