4-H Youth Poultry Showmanship

In this video a Florida 4-H member experienced in youth poultry showmanship demonstrates proper poultry showmanship and poultry handling techniques. Hunter is a 4-H member from Hernando County and shows Dr. Chris DeCubellis how he has been successful in the past winning poultry showmanship and shares tips and techniques for other 4-H youth. In this video, Hunter demonstrates how to properly pick up his chicken, how to carry her in a show, how to present her to a poultry judge, gives some general showmanship tips and shows how to properly return his bird to the cage.

Nice, thanks. I'm showing my county fair's master showmanship in California. It's where the best exhibitors have to show one of each animal. Therefore, we have a few days to learn four animals we have never shown before.
