2017 BMW X3 xDrive35i 3.5 year ownership review and maintenance update

Maintenance and ownership update on my 2017 BMW X3 xDrive35i aka Hans. This update marks about 3.5 years and 23,000 miles total ownership.
Major updates since last video:
-Forgot to mention but the minor leak at turbo is still present and not any worse, no immediate plans to repair at this time. Still checking it and cleaning up every 3-4 months
-Replaced the belt tensioner, idler pulley and accessory belt after the tensioner got a little loose and was starting to rattle a little bit
-2 oil changes, new tires installed (Pirelli PZero AS plus 3), a full one step paint polish
Total maintenance and repair cost to date: $1982
