As someone who has experienced past and present hurt, pain, and trauma, this video feels like a useful tool.. Utilising counselling tools such as writing thoughts and feelings down is a good way to reflect.. However, I find this hard as a dyslexic with anxiety and depression to cope with.. I do try and talk to people but mostly I talk to God and pray.. But I don't feel worthy of God because of my past sinful life.. I battle with how frustrated I feel regarding being so angry at the world now, wishing to find peace through ongoing adversity and darkness we all experience through politics, sexual immorality, and negative people and behaviours including my own..
I don't know if God hears me, but I hope he does because I feel so much pain and hurt.. I often wish I wasn't even alive.. But I have been baptised and that God is the way, the truth, and the life.. Therefore, I will live.. I feel so much love and in bondage to be able to share this love with the world... And that hurts more than everything else..
Thanks for your video, and God bless you always..

Thank you so much for sharing your heart and your journey with us. It takes a lot of courage to open up about such deep and personal struggles. I want you to know that you're not alone in feeling this way, and your honesty is truly appreciated.
I'm so glad you found the video helpful and that you're using tools like writing to reflect on your thoughts and feelings. It's understandable that this can be challenging, especially with dyslexia, anxiety, and depression. Remember, there's no one right way to process your emotions and talk to God. What's important is that you're trying and seeking Him in your own way.
God's love for us is unconditional, and nothing from our past can separate us from His love. Romans 8:38-39 reminds us that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Your past does not define your worthiness to God. He loves you deeply, right where you are, and He hears every prayer, even the ones you struggle to put into words.
Feeling anger and frustration, especially with the world's brokenness, is something many of us experience. It's in these moments of darkness that God's light can shine the brightest. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Know that in your pain and hurt, God is right there with you, offering His comfort and peace.
Your baptism is a powerful reminder of your new life in Christ. It signifies that you've been cleansed and made new, and that you belong to Him. Hold on to that truth, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed.
It's clear that you have a lot of love to give, and that desire to share love with the world is a beautiful reflection of God's love in you. Even when it feels like a burden, know that your love and compassion are precious gifts.
Please keep reaching out to others and talking about how you're feeling. It's okay to seek help and to lean on the support of a community that cares for you. And most importantly, keep talking to God. He hears you, He loves you, and He's with you every step of the way.
I'm praying for you, that you may find peace, healing, and strength in God's love. Remember, you are not alone, and you are deeply loved.
I would encourage you to seek out Christian content creators here on UA-cam who make video lessons that may be a little more easy to understand and make sense of scripture that trying to read it. I personally get more from these videos than simply reading the Bible because of my ADHD.

Unfortunately, the majority of the time when bad things happen, we will never get an answer to "why" it happened. The Bible clearly tells us that in this world, we will face struggles and bad things are going to happen. When bad things do happen, we have to take our focus off of the bad thing and find something good to come from it. Not that what happened was good, but make it not to have happened in vain.
