Sir plz describe how to apply theories of IR on international relations
theories are used to make sense of IR; the events, conditions and situations in IR can be analyzed in a structured way by using these theoretical lenses or frame of references. Theories, though in limited way, also help the actors in IR- diplomats, politicians, leaders, etc- in understanding the issue and framing suitable foreign policies to protect national interest. For example, realist balance of power concept helped foreign policy formulations in many countries, including India, during cold war era.

there is no one best book for competitive exams...one need to extensive study from multiple sources mixing them with one own understanding...no easy way...though I hv given the book list in many videos and references in all my videos...carefully choose resources from there...
