I could suggest-- MAC F&B works even better for me when worked into the skin with my fingers, after working it into the skin for a few seconds you can feel the product change and almost cling to the skin. It is so stunning and I love it!

So glad you reviewed this! I have super dry, flaky skin and i don't like full or even medium coverage, and the Face and Body foundation has been my holygrail for years, love it 🥰
Omg I was looking for this comment bc my skin is flakey from tretinoin too - so now I know I should try this if u love it!! 😀 would u recommend n1 or n2, my skin is about nw13 level with pink undertones .
Thank you because girl same! And I’ve looked FOR years for anything I can wear on my face so I am going to try this. For MAC for me it’s hit or miss (yay sensitivity). But most of the time I have great luck with their products!
Do you know if it's transfer resistant? Have you worn it with a face mask?
When I were this foundation, people ask me what products I use that my skin look so beautiful, I am 45, this foundation it’s my holy grail because my skin looks very natural ...

I love this foundation, too! I used to apply it with a brush until I watched several videos explaining that there is a special technology in it that is activated with a specific finger application technique. I'm not certain which content creators I watched, maybe Wayne Goss or Shelby Wilson perhaps. I'm sure there are probably others, too. I thought I loved it with a brush, but it was a game-changer and I was converted.
Suzette Nunez Same! I used to use a sponge, but I find my fingers are perfect. After I rub it I’m, I pat with a sponge, but I probably don’t even need to.
I’ve always applied it with my fingers. Best way for me 🙌🏻
yep, almost all MUAs that use this regularly recommend the finger application technique and I can see why. when I got a sample of the f&b a while ago and applied it with a sponge, I didn't get what the hype was about so I didn't purchase it. but I saw it recommended by so many youtubers I watch and love, so I decided to try the finger application and I was hooked. it really does set in place with the warmth of the finger and it makes it easier to add more layers and build coverage

This is the best looking foundation I have seen on you thus far!! I looovvveeee this foundation just reminded me I need to pull it out again! I’ve been using dior backstage face and body!! I’m gonna have to pull this baby back out.
Also one more thing this foundation is the main one I keep in my kit other than Dior face and body backstage. This foundation is soooooo universal. It can be sheered our to next to nothing or built up to full coverage. It’s also great for every skin type. I’ve never seen any foundations like them. So gorgeous on the skin!! I’m loving this on you! During winter I don’t think you’ll have to set it since you are very dry!

I love it so much! I never realized until I was older looking back, but the area I grew up in south of Chicago was always called the "South Side Irish" but I never really thought about it. I've since looked into how the Irish settled in New York and Chicago after the famine and it's just wild tracing it all back.

OMG I have been waiting for this one!! I LOVE MAC face and body. Its the one foundation that I would choose if someone told me I could only keep one. I apply it with my fingers, Ive tried all different tools but fingers are by far the best way. it does this interesting thing when you use your fingers, it stiffens up and feels a bit tacky but that's when the magic happens. 💕 hard to explain but you'll feel it and when you know, you know!

Mac face .& body os my everyday foundation. Use my hands for application. Best to buy the big bottle if you want the most for the money. Love your reviews because they are so accurat 💕😊

Thats so funny! I love this foundation and its awesome to see that we like the same things so now I get a better idea of other foundations Id like without trying them myself. I was wondering if I could make a request that you try the NARS radiant tinted moisturizer if you have not tried it already 😊 Its similar to mac face and body where it looks like skin but more matte and more coverage
Also! I was wondering what do you find is the difference between studio sculpt and face and body? I want to make a purchase but not sure which to get. Thanks!!

I wear this in N1. I love it because I travel for work and can slap this on with fingers and it’s looks fabulous. It looks great on you! It’s a super easy natural foundation.
Are u even lighter than Shelly? And does it work with pink undertones? I’m trying to find my shade:)
@@hammypie I was kinda surprised Shelly got N2 (as opposed to N1), although she did say it's her summer shade. I have this in N1, C1 and C2. I use N1 in the winter. I do find it's a little pink. The Cs are definitely more yellow and work well for me in the summer/fall. They're not super expensive so I have the 3 and just mix them to my liking. Sometimes in the winter I even find N1 a little too dark for me and so I got the face&body white mixer too.
@@AS-qk5ii yes, I have C2, N2, and mix, or wear them as is, depending on many factors, also have the white mixing medium so I don't need to purchase a lighter color for winter. Love this makeup more than any other🤗🌝

I’m watching while I work🥰 I have to admit it is hard to juggle between a job and YT. I tried this foundation years ago and I liked it. I don’t think I repurchased because I wanted to try other brands.
As for small flies, get some citronella plants, candles to keep them away around your home. 💋

I have some foundations like that, where they just never dry down on me. I've never found a solution :-/ Body chemistry is wild!

This looks beautiful on you! It’s my holy grail. 😍 Unfortunately N1 is too dar for me in the winter, but in the summer I love that I can use the Mac and I always remember how stunning it is. Perfect for dry skin and natural looking makeup, but can be worn with a more glam look too. ❤️ If you try with your fingers, it does this interesting texture change thing and blends in so beautifully. This year I’ve been noticing how dewy it actually is.
MAC makes a white version you can use to lighten up colors that are too dark for you.

I have it in the shade n1, my winter shade. I should buy it in n2 for the rest of the year. I love it too, it feels and looks nice, but on my face it's not that dewy.

I’ve heard this layers well and is really truly waterproof and I’m hoping it won’t melt off or wear weird under a mask!
Yep N2 works really well as my summer shade (I won't get any more color than this unless I self-tan) and I bet N1 would be great for winter. I went back and forth with swatches in the store trying to decide and went with summer.

I haven't used another foundation since I purchased this! I Absolutely love it! I even bought it for my daughter so that she could try it and her reaction was "its definitely amazing".😍
There's just something about it where it checks all of the boxes! I love it! And you can't beat it for the price and the quantity you get, especially if you snag it on sale from MAC.

Hi Shelly! I watched another video on this foundation. They said that if you need a little more coverage on any given day, to add a small pump of the MAC Pro Longwear concealer to the foundation. It works! Just a bit more coverage.

I feel like the complexion products look good for dry skin

We are applying to do the program again next summer, though if the US is ever allowed to travel there again (ugh don't get me started on this administration's handling of the pandemic) I will surely visit sooner. I've always wanted to take a trip in the winter just to see what it's like. At the rate we are going in the US, I wouldn't be surprised if no countries allow us in next year even! It won't be until after there's a vaccine!
Geek Out of Water that is such a depressing thought. Ireland and America has a great relationship so I’m hoping for a vaccine! Personally I adore the winter here, especially the Wild Atlantic Way and the Cork and Kerry mountains, you have the beach to yourself, the walking trails are quiet, I love scones and tea in a Country Manor in front of a roaring fire and also a cheeky Irish coffee in a pub also in front of a roaring fire, I didn’t realize how much I loved a roaring fire’ lol!

I love MAC Face and Body almost as much as the original Makeup Forever Ultra HD Foundation. ❤️ It's like the medium coverage version of face and body.

This is def my holy grail foundation since I seen Shelby Wilson the queen 👸 of bare minerals foundations, and omg if u warm it up with your fingers, it’s gives u a beautiful even skin tone just a gorgeous foundation I wore last week for 12 hours and it still stayed on my face !!! I did t go out just had it on all day at home

Lately I wear the Wet n Wild Impossible Primer. I haven't been wearing primer much this summer!
The best way I’ve found to apply is def with hands. I wore this on my wedding day and it lasted the entire day. Basically just squirt some in your palms and rub them together until you hear it thicken, then apply with both hands all over bc it’s going to start to set quickly.
Gorgeous foundation! I have to try it since my skin is on the dry side. Though I love my summer skin because it is so much bouncier and less dry! I am loving the L’Oreal serum spf 50 foundation. But would love a change. I bought the Pat McGrath concealer! Wow, it’s awesome!!!!

Your love of Ireland is like my love of Glasgow. It holds such a special place in my heart and felt like home the moment I stepped off the train. I also have ancestors from there, sadly from far enough back in the family tree that I am unable to get a visa but...the dream still lives.
I've got it all figured out.... retire to Galway (they allow retirement as an immigration reason), and after 9 years living there I would be eligible for an Irish passport =D
