He hits both upper and lower body pull muscles in one session starting off with a compound exercise targeting multiple muscle groups and then an isolation exercise targeting a single muscle group. For his upper body pull, his compound exercise is pull ups, which works his back, his biceps, and his core. Then he does lat pushdowns, which target his back specifically. For his lower body pull, he does Romanian deadlifts, which works his posterior chain, i.e. his glutes, hamstrings, and his core. Then he does leg curls, which targets his hamstrings specifically. Based on this routine, I.N. likely has a two-day exercise routine. His other day would be a full body push routine where he would work his chest, his triceps, and his quads. It's a somewhat unusual routine, normally people do push-pull-legs over three days. But I.N.'s version takes a three-day split, which would be hard to keep up with due to their hectic schedule, and condenses it to two days, which would be much easier to keep up with. The inclusion of compound exercises also reduces the number of different exercises needed per session. It's an efficient and thoughtful workout schedule.
