THE SAME EXACT THING IS HAPPENING TOO ME WITH MY BULLYING NARCISSITIC BROTHER HAD MY DAD AFTER 8 YEARS I WAS TOTALLY THROWN OUT AND THIS NEW LAWYER IS A FRIEND OF MY BROTHERS FRIEND WHO IS THE EXECUTOR AND THE CONDO WAS NO LONGER IN MY NAME MY BROTHER HAD MY FATHER PUT IT UNDER THE NAME OF THE TRUST SO HE HAD FULL CONTROL HE BASICALLY MISREPRESENTED MY DISABILITY AND WORDED WRONG WITH THIS NEW FRIEND/LAWYER AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST THIS EXECUTOR IS NOW MY CO TRUSTEE ON MY SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST NO WAY AM I REPORTING MY LIFE ASKING FOR MONEY WHNE NEEDED IM WRONGLY BEING REPRESENTED OMG THE LIES AND BULLING AND THREATENING ME HES DISGUSTING I HAVE HEARD NOTHING OF FRMO MY BROTHER OR HIS FRIEND /EXECUTOR AND THIS LAWYER IS REPRESETNING MY FATHERS ESTATE AND HIM AND HIS EXECUTOR/FRIEND its a horror story
This is exactly my situation too. My brother is a narcissist and has been turning my dad with memory issues against me and I am in shock and absolutely heartbroken.
Our sibling changed the Trust and ruined our family so spread the word NICER and Sheriffs are arriving with a forgery proof Latin Law Permission Trust to expose and arrest inheritance hijackers soon?
@@cjowers40same story as me. My brother turned my mom against me after she had a stroke. Totally brainwashed her. She luckily came around 7 mos later after my brother had her sign all her money over to him. We are now suing to get it all back. I’m praying your father comes around and your brother gets his karma. They usually do, they make so many mistakes. Document EVERYTHING. The bullying and even try to video or audio tape if it’s legal in your state. Get all the evidence you can now. You will have a good case for later. Praying they receive their karma and good wins over evil 🙏🙏
it seems that its a liers compition the best lier wins because the will being drastically changed and all that other stuff and be fully legit sometimes it was the original will that was created under duress guilt or pressure

Would i need to contest a new will that wasn't signed or witnessed my uncle was in and out of a coma or will the courts sort without me doing anything
