What Is the Success Rate of Contesting a Will in Texas? | RMO Lawyers
A question we often get from prospective clients is what the success rate of contesting a will in Texas is.
The success rate of contesting a will varies, influenced by factors such as the strength of the evidence, the grounds for contesting, and the skill of your attorney.
It's important to know that an individual cannot contest a will simply because he/she doesn’t like what it says. Instead, to dispute a will, it is necessary to have legal grounds to challenge its validity.

It also works when you have to go to court. Appoint the judge or attorney Trustee under the Power of Appointment act to make all parties whole. The judge and attorneys are trying to pillage and plunder your estate. Appoint them trustee as you are the beneficial owner of the estate that they are trying to fleece because most are ignorant of who they are. You are not the ALL caps entity entity. THE UNITED STATES STATES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEBT. 18 USC 8, etc. They are trying to make you a surety when that is the position of the bankrupt United States.
What if you are being denied inheritance because your Mother refuses to die within a reasonable amount of time? Can she be sued directly?
You are a fool....this has to be a joke..
I’m sidestepping anything having to do with this. Most of my estate goes directly to beneficiaries “payable upon death.” The real estate is in a trust = no probate.
Yes!! Fraudulent death and ex boyfriend and my mom and Aunt im calling my name is Mildred Marie calk i have all the evidence
Father in law owned a home. House had to be sold to cover a $250,000 in debt ( mortgage included). Brother in law thought his brothers should LET HIM have the house and other siblings would COVER their Dad’s outstanding debt AND Mortgage. Dreamland.
Going through this now
It's easy say than done. Court gives too much time for unfit executors to get away. Removing an unfit executor takes years? Not to mention the time that has already been given? Our legal system has serious problem

My grandmother had an insurance policy taken out my name when I was born I am 40 years old. She died a few years ago. She died at 98 years old. She met a guy five years before she died and got married to him and right before she died, he talked her into changing her Will and everything over to him And when she passed, he didn’t even give her a funeral and he took everything and left and didn’t never answered his phone. It was a $200,000 insurance policy that was in my name.

My brother is the Trustee and we’re both the sole Beneficiaries. Brother sold all the contents of the house, library and barn at an auction house without my knowledge. He then paid me for my portion of the family farm. I recently found out I was grossly underpaid after I had a appraisal done. He informed me of the auction sale after mother had dementia so badly she could no longer communicate. She passed away last week. I suspect he used the auction money to contribute towards paying me off for my portion of the farm. Yesterday my attorney sent him a letter asking for an appraisal of the assets sold.

Can’t always get an attorney because some don’t wanna take the case because of the Court ‘s corruption and now you sit here with your loved one being abused and no one’s doing nothing about it
You do not need a lawyer / attorney to start probate, you just need to be educated
This reminds me of the way Britney spears was treated And she was not having it I saw the news in 2021Her emotional court testimony Where she allegedly accused her father Jamie spears Of conservatorship abuse theft of money And theft of property She basically accused her entire family of conservatorship abuse And people did not tolerate the way Jamie spears behaved So that's why in 2021Britney spears conservatorship was terminated I mean clearly she's had enough of the way she was being treated And I felt bad for her
My mom just died and my brother is executor and refuse to give me and my other 2 siblings a copy of the will. He says we have an appointment with a lawyer in January but the lawyer does not verify this at all. My other brother who is a ex convict is living in my moms home and who knows who is coming and going.
I just stumbled upon this. My brother is the exec of our grandmothers will. She died sometime ago. Recently our sister younger sister passed away and 1 week efore she passed she asked me if I got the money our grandmother left me. I didn't get one penny. I wasn't even told when she passed so I could attend the funeral. She had left $10K to each of us, and my brother got her house whch he sold and kept the money. Apparently by brother has kept everything for himself and won't even take my call and has hung up on me many times. It was the same before ur sister passed, he wouldn't talk to her. My brother also kept some other items that belonged to me, items he should have returned to me a long time ago. I've been sending him bills and letters and postcards with PAST DUE sritten all over it. And NOTHING. What he owes me besides the initial $10K totals to just under 30K. I know where he lives and have his phone numbers. He's a retired doctor with no wife and no children. HOW DO TI GET HIM TO SEND ME MY INHERITANCE? She also left me her 1K diamond engagement ring from her 3rd husband and I haven't received that either. What shall I do next???

What if it's been years? More than 4 years? How much the attorney charges for it?
All judges are obligated to report criminal activity in a case to criminal court for prosecution
It's ok to steal, just make sure you don't steal enough that would warrant hiring an attorney. I stole my dad's clothes, socks and underwear. My brother and sister didn't care. Ten years later, I still have a bag of good socks.
BAR attorneys are not lawyers
Fraud is criminal.
@@joltjolt5060 It certainly should be, but it all depends on how the judge sees it unfortunately

Lawyers love a fight. That’s how the make their payments on their Porsche
Do other attorneys who might be a big buddy of the attorney you hired tell you before u hire them that the attorney your bringing charges against is there drinking buddy ?
@@Kennethvitatoe-jc5pv Of course they communicate with each other they might tell you otherwise to keep you as their client. You can file a complaint with the bar association in your jurisdiction, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not going to benefit you or your case. Hiring another attorney to go after your present attorney will only make you very poor. It’s very unfortunate when you put your trust in hiring someone that doesn’t do what you hired them to do and put their best interests above yours. Pressing charges against someone can only be done by a prosecutor/DA Nobody else not a judge, attorney, cop or anyone else. You can file a complaint, just giving you a little advice. Whatever you decide, Good luck 👍
