Looks doesn't affects directly in interview but when you are good looking you are less conscious about yourself and people always compliment you.. Over the years this makes you more confident..
No they don't always remind you. Sometimes the vibe can be very serious even though the candidate is smiling. Sometimes they do pressure test throughout.

I know a guy who got JUST 12 marks out of 360 in JEE MAINS and was selected in a very well known govt college , all because he was from Jammu.. and there are many more like him..

I am preparing for bank exam since last one year. I have given almost given every exam. But i am only able to qualify only in 2 prelims for mains. I also given IBPS PO mains but i couldn't do well in mains exam. By thinking this i felt more depressed.

Hi ma'am. I wanted to ask is it appropriate to wear a saree in ibps po interview? I am just worries if it would be too much for bank interview so should I stick to kurta or poper formals? I hope youe answer this.
Yes definitely u can wear, as many of my fellow female candidates wore saree, but just try to get comfortable in that first, like walking with confidence and not always correcting it, just practice that in saree
