I was in the hospital for two weeks during this series I watched every game. Helped me pass the time.
3:23:38 Lance Berkman, the forgotten hero
As a 30 year old fan for my whole life because i had an older brother already playing little league as my earliest memories. This really might be my favorite game ever, just as a fan of baseball. Im a Mets fan sp my loyalties are with neither of these teams and it still might be my favorite ever.
Nobody talking about how this footage is actually 60 fps?
My absolute all-time favorite game (and I was rooting for Hamilton and the Rangers). What a series.
This is why baseball is the best sport on earth.
No lies were detected
Cricket is a Distant 10th!
March madness basketball for me
Best American sport in the world.😉
I may be biased, being Canadian, but hockey wins every time.
Man gave me chills all over again, its not even my team but mann.. bottom 9, 2 outs, 2 on 2 strikes home town kid with a game tying triple then goes on for a game winning home run.. remarkable .. 💪
The world series is littered with moments like this. My father told me about the 1960 World Series Pirates v. Yankees when game 7 was won on a home run by the Bucs. Also the entire 1975 World Series was awesome, every game had some great moment, the 1980 NLCS was another all time classic for the playoffs that is.
Not a Cardinals or Rangers fan but this has gotta be the best baseball game of all time. Chills constantly from innings 8-11. Man I miss the golden age of baseball, when it was televised nationally and not blacked out and shared between 99 streaming services. We really lost something special
I am a lifelong baseball fan, I got it in my blood, but today it seems watered down. I liked when Baseball players made a play or blasted a shot they got on with it, today it's about little dances and hey look at me, I miss the old days, but that's just IMHO.
The pitch clock and batter clock ruined it. Nobody is ready to talk about that tho
Right. So let's say the team you are a fan of wins the WS this year. Are you really not going to celebrate because the sport is "shared between 99 streaming services"? I'm going to hold you to that. Which it isn't, by the way. I just watched a great Rangers-Orioles game on National TV in June. You probably didn't see it, though. Cause it sounds like you ain't a real baseball fan :(
@@bendonnelly690 Not the point I was trying to make at all. Just saying the sport had a greater hold on pop culture because it was easier for the common person to see it on TV. Chill out!!! It’s not that deep, watched my Braves play all 9 today and loved it.
@@wesleythetrombonist Not to be *that guy* but the Braves played 10 today. Um, Do you even know what baseball is? Or are you just a casual fan who wants to complain? If it's the latter (which I know it is) I'll leave you be. On the condition that you just be careful with what you say/post going forward. Baseball is the best sport, it's life to me. And it's fading. Your OG posts are what push people away. The ideology of "I miss baseball when it was.. etc" has been mentioned for over 100 years now. Do you want to be the guy who misses how baseball was? Or the guy who will always enjoy baseball for what it is? I'll leave it up to you.
Was insane how good Freese was with 2 strikes. I remember watching this game thinking 2 strikes against him is better than hitting 1-1 or 2-0
This was a great World Series, for me as a young child the best World Series I ever watched was the 1975 World Series Sox v. Reds.
I guess Rangers fans can now watch (and maybe enjoy) this wonderful game and sleep well afterwards.
nope we are still mad about this
Hahahahahah hearing that fox intro hits like crack
Well they got their World Series title now at least
Be fucking grateful@@HeadtopProdz442
Nelson Cruz had a great postseason but trash in bottom

CHILLS EVERYTIME🥶
The greatest baseball game ever played.
Absolutely!
48:49 to 49:31 crazy stuff. Literally predicted the future
Best World Series game prove me wrong
2001 World Series game 7
Game 5 astros dodgers 2017
@@GriffinSirokyYankees were a much better team than roided up luis castillo - at any rate that was a scripted world series - all sports are scripted buddy. 👎 to arizona
1991 world series game 7 even though it hurts as a braves fan 😢

3:36:10 we will see you tomorrow night
Vivid trauma
Watched him play in college at South Alabama.
Games like this are what make people like me so romantic about baseball.
Also 3:36:10.
As a Cardinal fan, I was ecstatic. Seven years later, I began working for the Cardinals.
Ron Washington hasn't aged a day
Cocaine is a hellava drug 🤣
Now the question is
Where's the MLB International broadcast of this game?
Don't blame Washington. Rangers played a great game! Cardiac Cardinals just pulled off another win.
I just bought an autographed / relic 2012 David Freese card a week ago. Joe Buck should’ve said after the home run is “I don’t believe what I just saw!”
Can't imagine being a Rangers fan back then. I would have vomited from disgust.
Can somebody show this to Mo?
3:36:13 I wonder if that guy who grabbed the ball is alright 😂
Napoli was the 2nd player to have 4 multi-RBI games in a World Series behind Mickey Mantle in 1960. Well guess what? The Yankees lost that series too.
As a cardinals fan, I’m glad rangers fans can sleep easy now
2:59:40 David Freese's ties game bottom 9
I know he doesn’t think so but Freese is deserving of a statue outside Busch
Nelson Cruz was just gettin’ started dude
And he is the reason we got here too people forget that
3:36:05 David Freese Walk Off Home Run
Giddy 😁😁😁
In addition to his lousy managing of this game, I think Ron Washington’s antics in the dugout are childish and not befitting a major league manager.
Rangers fans can finally feel better knowing that horrible pain is gone.
Joe Buck is the lamest and most boring announcer in history. How on earth does he do these big games in not one, but two sports.
