They put it in for a reason so your not hurting your left thumb. What your saying is true but if you practice auto sprint for an hour or two you kindve get the hang of it. I turn it on when im just trying to relax.

What do you say for automatic sprint and one tap for tactic sprint?

You still lose ADS speed when you are sprinting, so it is basically the same as having auto tact sprint on. Better off using the settings he suggested.
