I liked American Badass Taker. He reinvented himself and adjusted to the times. He admitted in an interview that the Deadman gimmick was getting stale and he needed to change.
It also made his return as the Dead Man all that more memorable. The break from it made you want it more.

*Indi Hartwell is walking past the WWE kitchen, when she sees Piper Niven coming out pushing a massive oven in front of her*
Indi: Alright, Piper? What are ya up to, mate?
Piper: Ah'm tryin' tae get this oven shifted, Indi. Either help me oot, or get oot me way.
Indi: Okay, I'll help ya. (Walks over)
Piper: No' in front o' the oven! Move tae the side, an' pull it from there.
*Indi moves to the side, and does as instructed*
Indi: What's wrong with this oven anyway? Why are ya tryin' to get rid of it?
Piper: Because it's faulty, Indi. *Dangerously* faulty. Try turnin' the hob on.
*Piper gives Indi a lighter, and she leans over the oven, clicking the lighter and turning the gas dial, but the gas doesn't come on at all*
Indi: Okay, the gas don't work. That doesn't seem that big a problem.
Piper: Aye, but watch what it does when ah dae this! (she bashes one of the hobs with her bare hand, making a jet of flames shoot out of the side of the oven temporarily)
Indi: Oh, crikey! Piper, who'd sell an oven that dangerous?!
Piper: Nay clue, hen. But that's why ah'm tryin' tae get it shifted afore any dangerous accidents happen. Sae come on, help me shift it!
*Whilst they're shifting the oven, Beth Phoenix comes round the corner and sees them*
Beth: Hey, girls. What's going on?
Piper: We're shiftin' this oven, Beth. Mind oot, we dinnae want tae hurt ye!
*Beth seems understanding, but then Carmella pops out from a room right next to the oven*
Carmella: Ooh! What's this? We're throwing out the trash? Let Carmella help you! (she raises her hands, right above the hob)
Piper/Indi: NO, CARMELLA! DON'T TOUCH-
*But their shouts come too late. Carmella's hands come down on the hob, and it shoots fire all over the unlucky Beth Phoenix, incinerating her down to a small mound of ash where she stands. As soon as the fire goes out, Carmella sees the aftermath and she is TRAUMATIZED*
Carmella: *AAAGHH!! WHAT HAVE WE DOOOOOOONNNNNNNE?!?*
Piper: (shirty look) What have *ye* done, more like? We *told* ye no' tae touch the hob, Carmella!
Carmella: (sinking to her knees sobbing by the mound of ashes) *I'VE KILLED BETH PHOENIX!! I'M A MONSTER!!* (She stands back up, then walks over to both other women) Indi, Piper, please, do me a favour. (she takes both their hands, and pulls them into place over her throat) Make sure the police don't take me alive.
Indi: Uh, mate? Don't ya think you're bein' a bit overdramatic?
*While she's talking, the mound of ashes rises from the floor and starts to reform itself into Beth Phoenix, apparently no worse for wear, except for a few soot stains on her clothes*
Carmella: (not noticing this, and still being panicky and overdramatic) I can't go to jail, girls. And I don't want to find out what Edge'll do to me when he finds out I killed his girl. So please, strangle me and make it quick.
Piper: No, Carmella. We're *no'* gonnae strangle ye.
Carmella: (mildly indignant) What? Why not?!
Piper: Because Beth's come back tae life, ye fool. Look behind ye!
*Carmella turns around to see Beth glaring at her, and immediately changes tone*
Carmella: *SHE'S ALIVE!!* (throwing her arms out) Oh, gimme a hug, Beth!
Beth: (punches Carmella to the floor) You insensitive, clumsy jerk!! Do you have any idea how much it stings every time I have to do that?!
Indi: Wait, what? You mean you can burn yerself an' come back to life like that normally?

I have huge respect for Chris Nowinski. He retired from wrestling not too long after this, and decided to do medical stuff and research and all that. He helped diagnose Chris Benoit as having multiple concussions to the point where he was like an Alsheimer's patient.
Best ending. Who wins we all win. Let's go Kane
Fun fact about Christopher Nowitski, he was on the cutting edge bringing awareness to CTE, because of his concussions he suffered during his short WWE run.

The first Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels rivalry in 2003 did kick off with this Royal Rumble. Shawn entered first, Chris second. However, Christian came out dressed as Shawn instead, throwing him off. This allowed the real Chris, who was in hiding, to sneak attack Michaels and eliminate him. Shawn returned the favor by rushing down later in the match to ringside to distract Chris, leaving him vulnerable to an elimination by Test.

When it comes to the 2003 Royal Rumble, there are two types of audiences who have seen this event. On one side, we have an audience that deems this the most underrated Royal Rumble in the history of the PPV. On the other hand, we have fans who thought this was the most fun to watch when it comes to naming every Royal Rumble ever released. Since the two previous Royal Rumbles were already done prior to this season, it has been determined to move forward to this Rumble in hopes of determining who will be joining our finalists in the champions’ rumble. Back in 2003, it was ‘Here Comes the Pain’ Brock Lesnar who secured the win, but this time our winner is…
‘The Big Red Machine’… Kane… how would his career have been different if ‘he’ won the 2003 rumble? While I do not recall the whole story with Kane after this event, nor if I could recall if Kane had already won a rumble during this series, we do understand that Kane had to take a leave of absence for a time prior to the upcoming WrestleMania event and to my understanding he didn’t appear on the card at all. If Kane was to have faced Kurt Angle for the World Championship instead of Brock Lesnar, would Kane have been our World Champion if Angle was made to lose anyway? Its possible Angle might not have gotten hurt the way Lesnar had possibly done to him during the match and nor would even Kane be crazy enough to attempt that moonsault during the match. It would all depend on if Kane got into this rumble and didn’t get hurt prior to the event and in doing so we could’ve had this man competing in the main event.
But who was my MVP of the 2003 rumble? Let’s get down to the numbers:
Of the thirty men featured in this match, FIFTEEN competitors secured the most eliminations (Literally half the roster). The highest count reached up to a lucky ‘7’ eliminations, which is six points higher than the average ‘1’ elimination.
I give the Golden MVP Award for ‘coolest’ performance to:
Tommy Dreamer
True, Kane was the winner of this match and secured the higher elimination count, we must give credit to Tommy Dreamer for a tough performance he delivered in a way that was a significant improvement from his actual featured spot at the event. While there’s no denying this game does not come with a means of bringing weapons to the ring to give it that hardcore flair, Dreamer’s bout proves you don’t entirely need weapons to kick major ass in this match. If anything, the fact that he almost made it to the top half of the competition is impressive enough alone.
The Dull Participation Medal for the ‘lamest’ performance goes to:
Tajiri
I felt bad for doing this to the Japanese Buzzsaw, but comparing everyone else’s performance there was no ignoring that being the first eliminated doesn’t bode well even for veterans like Tajiri. Now to give him credit, to be among the first eight competitors to fight before anyone else can come in during games like this, we can’t say Tajiri didn’t try his best. If anything, I really liked the guy when he was competing. He wasn’t always pushed to main event status, but those kicks he’d deliver and even that green mist certainly made him iconic whether you laugh at his comedic run or fear him during his serious stage. But the bottom line is: This wasn’t Tajiri’s best.
The Big Red Machine hopes to strike fear into the hearts of his adversaries as he prepares for the biggest rumble of the season. While we are still underway, we ask a few questions: Who did YOU want to win the 2003 rumble? If this was Kane’s second victory of the season, should he have an advantage in the finals? Is there yet another match where an actual winner’s status is threatened? And the biggest question of them all:

I never liked the Biker Taker, I understand that people and even Undertaker wanted a little change and it eas really hard for me to have his iconic character changed that way, it was really hard seeing the classic Taker to that. It was hard but luckily they changed him back, it's okay though. It didn't really take away from the legend that he is.
Also I like Mavens UA-cam as well and I watched all his videos people really should check him out. Its funny that you mention that he was similar to The Rock I thought the same way, he was likable and there was potential there for Maven but it didn't work out.
