Thank you. Brilliantly explained. I’ve just had what they called a massive heart attack but didn’t know. Wednesday afternoon 21 April chest pain and uncomfortable but it went. Not the sort of pain I’d expect from a heart attack. Thursday all fine. Friday symptoms started with more severity but I still managed finally taking a Valium and sleeping tablets. On the Saturday morning I read that doctors can’t often tell the difference between heartburn or heart attack so I took myself off St Mary’s A&E in Paddington (London) going by bus as it was a short journey. I even thought of picking up a coffee near A&E but went straight up quite a steep ramp to enter. Very quickly I was given an ECG and told by the doctor “You’re having a massive heart attack”. Within minutes I was going by ambulance to the Cardio centre at Hammersmith Hospital and immediately in for angiogram and a stent inserted. My troponin levels reached over 200,000? So kept in for 5 days including a second angiogram to see if all was satisfactory or if I needed more invasive surgery. My care was absolutely first class. Quite a shock but both parents died from heart attacks. I’ve already had a stem cell transplant and survived now this where I think I should have dropped dead. Life is unpredictable and at times unexplainable. Cheers from London.
My dad feel like 18 again he own not one but 2 cps firms and can do more with Grandkids. He love hike and walk around neighborhoods. He more with it and breath like he did as kid. He happy 😊 he brand new or young self in older body. It's positive and I am proud he did it. I was there in hospital for most of it .

Really love your simple calming way you presented this video. I’ve had a stent for over a year now. Wish you were my doctor.
