- We took a 3 day trip into the south eastern utah desert on a trail known as hole in the rock. It’s where the Mormon pioneers came through just before they settled in San Juan county in 1880. It’s some of the toughest, most unforgiving terrain in the world. We had fun camping with family and friends and appreciating the heritage and history of the area.
That looks like a ton of fun! How cool. 😊
My goodness I can’t tell you how many times I held my breath watching this! Pretty sure I would’ve been out walking instead of riding in some of these areas. What a great tribute tho, thank you for sharing! 💜
Great trip. That is a great trip and looks like lots of fun.
Very interesting video my Friend. Those were some hardy people back then. One rough looking trail. Thanks for sharing.
One of the most incredible videos I’ve seen.
Great video and as you said about our Patriarchs and Matriarchs. My folks land in the new world 1685 & 1702 . We are blessed Shawn
You guys the filming job was so amazing!! 🙌🏻 I loved watching this video! Looks like so much fun.
Thank you! It’s definitely one of the highlights of our year
Very interesting video. I really enjoyed this. Its unbelievable what our pioneers went through to move west. But it's really beautiful country. I'm going to look up the history now about Hole in the Rock. You all are so blessed to live out there. I'm curious - what are those little vehicles you're traveling in?
I'm looking forward to Hole in the Rock 2024
I’m so amazed that my ancestors accompanied yours on this almost unbelievable feat! Thank you for showing the difficult terrain that they had to engineer their own through and navigate!
It’s definitely an incredible story. The terrain is some of the coolest most unforgiving in the world!
Wow
Loved the footage, the fun, the family, and the history. Great tradition! The music in the video needs some help, however. I muted the sound due to how repetitive it got. No complaints, just some feedback.
We need that feedback! Thank you sir.
