Does it seem likely that someone with sleep apnea may have developed gerd as a secondary condition? Someone who experiences similar symptoms to heart attack from time to time. Excessive coughing after eating, heartburn etc?

I am service connected for GERD at 0%. I now take daily meds and have dysplasia. But no strictures. It looks like I dont even qualify for 10%. Should I even bother putting in a claim?
