- Xiamen 厦门 is a city in southeastern China famous for its mild weather, beautiful seaside and delicious cuisine. This was my second time at Xiamen, the last time being over ten years ago. We planned on coming to Xiamen to see the sights and relax, but the trip quickly turned into a Hokkien and Taiwanese food tour. Come with us on the food adventure of Xiamen!
