Sir ji mere paas hp 316 printer hai jab mai print out deta ho laptop se to ye prooper print karta aur app se scan karta hoo tab bhi hota hai lekin jab mai photocopy karta hoo to scanner 2 se 3 baar halka sa hilta hai aur paper aadha kheech kar rok deta hai. Aur printer me error bhi nahi aata hai. Kya issue ho sakta hai please reply sir. Maine same pronter ka upar ka set change karke bhi deoha hai doosre printer ka same isue aa raha hai.
