今更かもしれませんが、このシーンは映画館で流れていた週ごとに変わる特典映像だと思われます
3週目に流れていた旧双黒のやり取りで、映画本編に該当するシーンはありません
ざっくりと説明すると
太宰が映画を観たいと言い出し、護衛のためそれに着いていこうとする中也をからかいながら映画鑑賞のマナーについて説くといった内容です
ちなみに1周目は乱歩、2週目は新双黒でした
